- KNKacie NelsonApr 26, 20265.0We saw Hadestown here. The size of the theater makes it pretty impossible to get a bad seat. The seats are a little narrow, but still comfortable. And if you're sitting in the back you can request a seat cushion to boost you up a couple inches.

My problem is how the ushers are (or rather are not) trained to accommodate anyone with mobility issues. They are clearly trained with very rigid instructions of how and where patrons should be around the stairs, etc. And I understand they are firm and clear on those instructions to keep things running smoothly during bathroom breaks and exit after the show. But having no training on how to accommodate someone with mobility issues is just unkind and ableist. And even worse they were very rude to someone in my group who physically couldn’t accommodate their demands without risking falling down the stairs. I protested but they insisted, and so they were forced to go down the stairs in a way that put them at great risk of falling down the stairs. When I complained they simply said “it’s house policy, nothing I can do” Go to a different theater
