Lovely theatre and the staff are super organised, even the que for the restroom was well managed and they got everyone back to their seats before the 2nd half

We came to see Hadestown, and the overall experience at the theater was excellent. It’s relatively small, which makes it hard to find a bad seat. The location is great, and because of its size, getting in and out is quick and easy. The sound quality is excellent, and the seats offer good legroom, although some people might find them a bit narrow. The theater itself is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We sat in the last row center orchestra, we had leg room. We could see the whole stage. The line for the concession stand was long so we ordered it online and it was brought to our seats. Bathroom is on 2nd floor but there is one on 1st floor for people who can't do the stairs.

Saw Hadestown from the mezzanine -- fabulous. This historic theater feels so intimate. And it's quite beautiful. The seats are built for smaller people than me, but so workable. Staff are great. The location is excellent -- almost on Times Square and Broadway. Highly recommended.

I had tickets to see Hadestown at 3:00 PM on February 28, 2026. The original plan was to travel for a single day to attend the performance and return to New Orleans immediately. A Nor'easter snowstorm was predicted to impact the area that evening. In the days leading up to the storm, I maintained continuous communication with both the theatre and ATG. Notably, this specific performance was not canceled, unlike other shows scheduled for the same week.
On the morning of February 28th, I left a message for an ATG representative, requesting a call back regarding my tickets and informing them of my need to cancel my trip due to safety concerns. Several hours later, a male representative contacted me and offered the options of a refund or tickets for an alternative date. At the time of this call, I was driving and unable to provide the ticket confirmation number. He instructed me to call back, which is when the difficulties began.
My subsequent contact with ATG was an email stating that my refund request was denied because I had not contacted ATG prior to the show to arrange for tickets on an alternative, pre-selected date. My daughter's primary interest was to see Jack Wolfe perform, which was the basis for my nearly $700 expenditure. The alternative tickets offered were for performances after the original cast members had concluded their run, which did not align with her preference. Had this been the case, I would have waited for the show to come to New Orleans.
From that point forward, ATG and I exchanged approximately thirty emails. They consistently provided justifications for denying the refund. Each time I presented counter-evidence, their responses became increasingly frustrated. Currently, they have ceased responding to my emails and are ignoring my communications. I ultimately spent an additional $700 for my daughter to see Jack Wolfe in New York at the Walter Kerr Theatre. The customer service representatives at ATG handled this situation inadequately and demonstrated a lack of professionalism.
