  The service here sucks. Tip was STOLEN from off of our cards. We didn’t tip and here’s why. Our waiter, Khadija, took FOREVER to introduce herself as our waiter. After she finally introduced herself, it took her another 30min to come back and take our orders. We had to press the service button for her to come back and she still took a while. After our orders, she only came by one more time to see if our orders were ok. The food took so long to arrive, almost 75% of the movie was done when the food came. When she saw that I still didn’t have my food, she didn’t even address me directly, she said to herself “let me check on that”. No apologies, no acknowledgement. And then my food still took an extra 20min to arrive, cold. We were not given blankets or pillows which is supposed to come with premium seats. So because of all of that, we did not tip, but still an extra illegal charge came out beyond what was authorized. Management seemed apologetic and said they would refund it, but it was never refunded. Never again.

  The 1st time I went to IPIC Theater was on March 23 to celebrate my friend's birthday. We had a wonderful time. The 2nd time (May 6) I went everything was fine except when it was time to leave we stopped to use the ladies room. All of the stalls with the exception of 2 had no toilet tissue. When people came out of the stall there was no paper towel to dry your hands. So when we left there we saw 2 ladies who worked at your establishment and we informed them of this. They told us there were no supplies available. We were shocked. We had to ask the bartender if we could have some napkins to dry our hands. An establishment such as this should never run out of toiletries. That is why the rating received is 4 out of 5 stars.

  I must admit after a decade of coming here I hve been recently disappointed in management not addressing me getting bit up in one of there seats , and gaslighting me saying we dont know where those bites came from but did proceed to ask if I had a blanket? so after food and drinks and laughs and 2 hrs into the movie smh.My arm is embedded in the arm of the chair mysteriously 4 synchronized itchy bites appear ? if this is how you address customers I cant imagine the disgruntled job culture. Management is a bit unclassy pun intended . I Would suggest bringing bug spray if you dare attended the fulton Market location. I will be contacting the public health department.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at iPic Theater on Fulton Street! My coworkers and I went to see the Michael Jackson biopic, and from start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The reclining seats were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy the movie. What really made the night stand out, though, was the outstanding service. Our server, Kendal, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything we needed. Zac crafted some of the best drinks we’ve had, and it definitely elevated the whole experience. On top of that, the manager, Rahul, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Between the luxurious seating, great atmosphere, and top-tier staff, this is hands down the best theater in New York. Easily a 10/10 experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I went to iPic with my cousin to see The Devil Wears Prada 2. I usually go to Alamo Drafthouse, but we decided to try something new—and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The staff came across as nonchalant and not very engaged, which set the tone right away. The food didn’t help either—the spicy tuna was completely flavorless, not crunchy and the drinks were underwhelming. We also weren’t told ahead of time that you have to pick up your food and drinks yourself, which was surprising since we’re used to full service at your seat. On the positive side, the popcorn and truffle fries were decent, but everything else fell short. The seats were just okay—not particularly comfortable. The bathroom situation was also frustrating—it’s located upstairs near the restaurant and wasn’t well maintained. There were no paper towels, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Overall, this felt like a subpar experience, and I won’t be returning. My cousin mentioned the New Jersey location is much better, so maybe it’s just this one—but based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend it.
