- SMSerena MMay 29, 20265.0I absolutely love iPic Theater! It offers such a unique movie going experience that feels far more luxurious and comfortable than a traditional cinema. The private pod style seating makes it feel like you’re watching the movie in your own personal space, which adds to the overall experience. Being able to order food and drinks directly to your seat is such a great touch, and the service was quick, attentive, and seamless throughout the movie. The theater itself is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and has a sophisticated atmosphere that makes every visit feel special. From the comfortable seating to the excellent service, everything is designed to elevate the movie experience. If you’re looking for a more upscale and relaxing way to enjoy a film, iPic is definitely worth it. I always enjoy my visits and can’t wait to come back

- ENEit NewMay 18, 20261.0The service here sucks. Tip was STOLEN from off of our cards. We didn’t tip and here’s why. Our waiter, Khadija, took FOREVER to introduce herself as our waiter. After she finally introduced herself, it took her another 30min to come back and take our orders. We had to press the service button for her to come back and she still took a while. After our orders, she only came by one more time to see if our orders were ok. The food took so long to arrive, almost 75% of the movie was done when the food came. When she saw that I still didn’t have my food, she didn’t even address me directly, she said to herself “let me check on that”. No apologies, no acknowledgement. And then my food still took an extra 20min to arrive, cold. We were not given blankets or pillows which is supposed to come with premium seats. So because of all of that, we did not tip, but still an extra illegal charge came out beyond what was authorized. Management seemed apologetic and said they would refund it, but it was never refunded. Never again.
