Exceptional theater where you can have good views from almost anywhere and deal with a professional staff - that treats you like a human being and with great hospitality.

I'd been wanting to see Moulin Rouge on Broadway for a while then saw Megan Thee Stallion was starring as The Zidler & knew I HAD to attend! I came for the 4/21 7pm show & right away everything about the theatre and set is stunning. I sat front and center mezzanine. The show is amazing you are transported to the Moulin Rouge, the whole cast is so talented, the soundtrack is full of fun pop songs, & Megan (she's absolutely gorgeous) brought so much energy to the entire theatre she is truly a star!! I can't recommend seeing this show enough! My first Broadway show and it was unforgettable!

The show was great. I'd say I prefer it to the movie. What brings the score to three stars is the staff there, mainly one woman who seems like someone who clearly had her fruit loops switched for cheerios.
At one point before the start of the show I had gotten up to let in a couple people into my row. Once I sat back down I realized my glasses and wallet had fallen off my lap. At this point I squat down with my flash light with my bag on the side of my seat. I couldn't find my stuff so I start frantically searching my bag. I asked the people that had just come in the aisle if they see anything by the side of their feet. At this point this lady comes up to me sounding like she smokes 10 packs a day saying "you can't leave your stuff in the aisle" I replied, ok that's fine as I'm still searching for my stuff. She repeats herself and at that point I'm livid, lady I'm not leaving my crap in the aisle, I'm clearly in distress looking for something and again THE SHOW HADN'T STARTED!! I gave her back the same sass she gave me and apparently she didn't like that. Thankfully one of the people sitting next to me spotted my stuff under a seat.
Any reviews you read about terrible or rude staff, believe them. It wasn't my first time attending a show, I know show etiquette, and I manage in hospitality. Needless to say, if you have a chance to see Moulin Rouge before it ends beware that the staff is seriously lacking in service. The one lady with long curly black hair seemed to be the only one that wasn't a pain.

Spacious theatre with good acoustics and comfortable seating. Clean bathrooms though the gift shop is pricey, even for a captive audience on Broadway. Personable staff.
