It was my sister's first time also. We were a party of 5, because my son was with. Vicky is so outgoing and personable. She's really the kind of person you want as the face in the front here and assisting your customers.

Some clues were tough and we were scrambling a little. Maybe too many of us in there looking through papers. The room coordinator, Vicki, was very helpful and kind. It was the first time for a lot of us and she helped make it a very positive experience. We will be back.
