  Myles was excellent to work with. Paid attention to me and my personality to capture the correct shots. I’ve even scheduled another session for more photos.

  I've waited almost 4 years to do this, but I just woke up crying for I don't know how many times in the middle of the night because of how upset I still am you ruined me ever having a chance of looking at my wedding with anything but frustration and regret for choosing you as my photographer. My wedding got delayed because of COVID - 2020 turned to 2022 and in that time I lost my dad to cancer, my uncle who I adore and my dad's brother walked me down the aisle instead. I shared this information along with my desire to have two photographers and how important it was to me to have two angles of me walking down the aisle, front and behind. I said I hated to ask but because of the pandemic I asked for confirmation that no matter what I would have 2 photographers, Myles confirmed that would be the case and he has back up. His wife who is his main 2nd photographer unfortunately broke her leg, which is awful but I had a contract that said 2 photographers. I find out at the end of my cocktail hour (only because I specifically had to ask Myles where his wife was) to find out she wasn't there. We even specifically asked guests not to take photos during the ceremony because I thought we had 2 photographers. I got a handful of bad photos from Myles of me walking down the aisle, and now my uncle is sick with cancer and that memory is only in my head and tainted because of the stress Myles caused. He also didn't check in on schedule details the day of, we had a whole plan with our procession from the ceremony to guide guests to the reception and for us to sneak away for a few photos since we actually wanted to attend our cocktail hour. Problem 2: Myles mentioned that he likes to do a big group photo, I had forgotten since it was mentioned once verbally, he stops our entire exit and our music to take said photo and interrupted the entire flow of our exit and delayed the whole cocktail hour significantly. Instead of flowing up the reception I got bombarded with people hugging me and congratulationing me which we were trying to avoid. Like that is 100% something you confirm day of, I get planning the wedding is my responsibility but I would expect a seasoned photographer to confirm the schedule and flow that day of to be sure, I also hate that photo. Problem 3: I said I hate cheesy posed photos, and prefer natural ones and wanted a short amount of pictures after the ceremony so I could attend at least the last 20 mins or so of my cocktail hour. (Also one photographer was supposed to be taking photos at my cocktail hour but that obviously did not happen). Instead we missed the entire cocktail hour and managed to get 5 mins in maybe, and all the photos are corny and staged!!!! I got married at a zoo, we had 2 animals come to the cocktail hour I barely got to see them, and let me make this clear I got married at the zoo because I adore animals and this was also a main reason I wanted to actually be able to attend my cocktail hour (also made clear to Myles in advance). So now we have photos I don't like and zero photos of guests. We barely have any pictures for the rest of the evening and we don't even have one of just me my husband and my mom. I barely got an apology from Myles and no offer of any discount so all I could do was reduce my package to digital only. I don't like most of the pictures and they were barely edited. I worked part time editing photos before so I can tell. I get accidents happen but we had a contract and on top of that the information was kept secret from me for almost half my wedding and I had to to be the one to ask! Seriously shame one you, I'm an understanding person and if you had told me right away I would have still asked about a 2nd photographer and maybe we could have gotten a back up or at least allowed guests to take photos during the ceremony.

  Myles is great! He made me feel very comfortable and I felt confident while taking my photos! He’s very easy to talk to and does a great job at photos. He does everything he can to get your best shot!
