    I made a big mistake by purchasing my pictures in September and now they’re having a crazy 70% off sale. Lesson learned…nobody should buy the pictures right away!! I called and expressed my concerns and the representative basically did not care. I did make sure that they send me two items that I never received with my classic package. I’m very disappointed in this company!! The better business bureau is next to hear what happened.

    They came to my school and took HORRIBLE photos, blonde lady was mad at doing her job she gets paid to do for. Black lady with dread locs was inappropriately inquisitive and took horrible photos. 0/5 stars if i could. worst experience ive ever had. they acted like they were so busy while they sat and ate and gossiped like highschoolers. honestly i would blame the school but i know we cant afford anything other than this bottom tier service. be safe. run.

    I asked over the phone if I would be able to bring my puppy, to sneak him in for a couple of my daughter’s senior photos. I was told yes, so I made the next appointment which was 3 weeks away. When I got there, my small dog wasn’t able to come into the studio. If I had been given the correct information, I would have had her photos taken the day before, when prestige was at the school. I had already paid the $25 sitting fee, so it was too late. Completely wasted my Saturday morning!!! I would NEVER voluntarily have photos done by prestige again. The ONLY reason I stayed, was so that my daughter could be in the yearbook. If I could give zero stars, I would. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

    Horrible pictures. Go do your photo’s elsewhere. My son’s attire was way off. Hire someone else for Graduation Pictures.

    Can't believe the prices..what a rip off for graduation pictures..its the middle of March...please so disappointed with the company our school choose
