  I’m sorry to say we were disappointed my son couldn’t wait for this day and didn’t turn out the way he expected We recently went to a Communion Party with a magician and besides keeping the children busy the adults were amazed not sure of his name but he was professional I’m sorry everyone who attended our party agreed it was too much money for the service

  We entered into a contractual agreement with Clowns.com. They arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and despite our payment for a full hour of performance and services, we only received forty minutes of entertainment. Furthermore, the services provided did not fully align with the specifications outlined in our contract.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but parents deserve to know what they're paying for. I booked the 90-Minute Character Entertainment Package for my son's Danny Go-themed 3rd birthday, and it was one of the biggest disappointments of the party. The entertainer arrived late and, unbelievably, didn't even know who Danny Go was. He had no Danny Go music, didn't know any of the songs, and I had to play the music myself. What's the point of hiring a themed character if they don't know the character? The package advertised: Full face painting Temporary tattoos Professional magic show Bubble games Interactive games Singing, dancing, and music Balloon animals Cotton candy What did we actually get? No face painting. No tattoos. No bubble games. No meaningful interactive games. The "professional magic show" was painfully boring and poorly executed—the kids weren't even watching after a few minutes. Other than making cotton candy and a few balloons, there was virtually no entertainment. For the price they charge, this was completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

  We booked for my daughter's birthday and the clowns.com team was above and beyond. The administrative team was so helpful. The entertainers were kind, fantastic , and so professional. We would recommend to anyone and are so glad we found this amazing organization! A special thanks to Kara, Tony, Isaac, Kate and Sebastian . Thank you all

  Ok so the service was good the young lady painted the childrens faces and the young man blew up balloons for the kids. However they were 1hr & 40 minutes late to show up to the party. My grandson party was 4pm-8pm the entertainment window was 6pm-6:30pm which at that point the office was closed and no one to speak to find out the entertainments ETA. So they arrived at my house 7:45pm to be exact. As soon as she came she said she texted me but I didnt receive the text. I told her to call me and the call went through. I told her in the future you need to call customers and explain that you are running late for an accident on the way. You cant send texts because sometimes the text doesn't go through. But my guests stayed for the entertainment and both of them the young lady and young man did very well. The young lady was very engaging and interactive with all of the children and adults and the young man took a lot pics as Spiderman. I was very pleased with the service. What I would recommend for the company once they received your full payment that they give the customer the cellphone number of the 2 entertainers that will be at the party and recommend that the entertainers dont text the customers but they actually call the customers and let them know are running late because their was an accident that slowed them up. Look I get it things happen thats totally out of control but there definitely needs to be a better way for the customer and the entertainers to speak to when they are out on the field.
