I wanted to take a moment to recognize Erain and Jory for the outstanding experience they helped create during my visit to Main Event. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they genuinely cared about both the guests and their team.
Erain was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. She made sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to address questions with a positive attitude. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a noticeable difference in our experience.
Jory demonstrated exceptional leadership and customer service throughout our visit. He was visible, engaged, and focused on making sure guests were having a great time. Even during busy periods, he remained calm, approachable, and solution-oriented. It was obvious that both customers and employees respect him.
What stood out most was how well Erain and Jory worked together. Their teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s rare to encounter leaders who are so invested in both their guests’ experience and the success of their team.
As a customer, I can confidently say that employees like Erain and Jory are a major reason people return to Main Event. They represent the company exceptionally well and have the leadership qualities, dedication, and professionalism that make them deserving of promotion. Main Event is fortunate to have them on its team.

So went to the main event today. A lot to be said.
First, big space, very nice and the is clean. The least they can do.
Food: food was very grease, I think it was overpriced for fish and chips which the waiter got wrong but we will get there . The drinks while good it was too sweet.
Service: the service was terrible and they weren’t even busy. I was there around 2pm other afternoon. It took forever to be seated, after we were seated the waiter took forever to arrived mind you it was only 2 people a child and myself. We got no water for the table, everything took extra long mind you the place was almost empty, so much so the busboys and other employees where standing around watching whatever game was on tv. A manager walked by and instead of helping he walked by and without acknowledging us. Then He walked over to a table with girls which I will assumed were employees because one of the girls walked to the back of the kitchen for some cake to sing happy birthday to the other girl she was with. The manager also acknowledged the family that was sitting in the booth in front of us.
I ordered the fish and chips and got shrimp and chips. Which was the wrong order. I didn’t send it back to the kitchen because I know exactly what happens there when people send food back. I ate what I could and left it alone.
We got no napkins for the table. I was with a young child so napkins are always needed. We had to improvise.
In terms of the arcade games and bowling area, it was good. while the staff seemed inexperienced they were very helpful and kind.
My suggestion is get rid of the older staff members who have a bad attitude or the “I’m doing the customer a favor attitude” train well the young staff. Nice place but I don’t think I want to spend my money where I’m not welcomed.
I went on opening night and it was flooded with a massive amount of people’s from Brentwood and Wyndanch I felt extremely unsafe and it made the entire atmosphere feel like you’re in danger of being assaulted at any second, also when I was leaving there was a massively unusual amount of police standing around and many suspicious people lurking in the dark parking lot I would never come back here honestly it was a terrible first impression
My recent visit to Main Event in Deer Park was a mix of great experiences and a few areas that could use improvement.
First, the positives: the facility is fairly new, well-designed, and has a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, and nearly everything we ordered was spot on. The standout item was definitely the fried pickles—without a doubt some of the best I’ve ever had.
Most of the staff we interacted with were courteous, friendly, and helpful. However, there were a few service issues that affected the overall experience. Our bartender, a tall gentleman with glasses, came across as unnecessarily dismissive and authoritative when interacting with guests. One of our drinks was forgotten, and after another staff member informed him, instead of approaching us directly or checking on the order himself, he motioned for us to come to him, only to acknowledge that the drink had indeed been overlooked. While mistakes happen, the way the situation was handled could have been more customer-focused.
Although the food was excellent, the drinks felt watered down and lacked consistency.
Another issue involved the activities. We initially paid separately to play pool and later decided to switch to bowling. Once we reached the bowling area, we learned about the unlimited all-access gaming wristbands, which also included pool. Had this option been mentioned earlier by the staff on the pool or bar side, we could have avoided paying twice for the same activity.
After purchasing the wristbands, we selected a bowling lane and waited for it to be activated. Despite informing multiple staff members, no one seemed willing to take ownership of the situation. Instead, several employees appeared to be debating among themselves about who was responsible for activating the lane. As a result, we waited approximately 15 minutes before we were finally able to bowl.
One final suggestion concerns the payment system. Our group spent roughly $500 during our visit, but the charges were split across multiple checks because each area required us to close out our tab before moving elsewhere. A unified tab system that follows guests throughout the venue would make for a much smoother and more convenient experience.
Overall, Main Event has a lot going for it. The venue is impressive, the food is excellent, and the entertainment options are great. With some improvements in staff communication, customer service consistency, and operational efficiency, the experience could be even better. I would definitely visit again and hope to see some of these issues addressed on my next trip.

Today we celebrated our son's 11th birthday and it went very well. The booking process was easy, and price was reasonable. The party was great! arcade, bowling and laser tag were included in the party package. Pizza was good and my son and his friends had a blast. Our party host Sophia was amazing!!! she run the party, was great with the kids and always attentive to the adults for drinks. We will be back for sure.
