  amazing place love games, environment, good food, prizes and when I heard about it I decided to check it out and feels similar to Dave n busters but has an epic bowling alley and a new food court are and has a great laser tag area and so much fun and I highly recommend checking out this fun place and more fun time to come ones way

  Fantastic place to go ! Had amazing time , my granddaughter myself my son enjoyed all very much , James at restaurant was amazing could not do enough for us ! Real gentleman! Food was fantastic also fresh hot delicious! We were new to lazar tag and three people working were less then helpful , 3 we’re involved in there own conversation? But we figured it out had a blast ! Will go back again ! It’s worth the trip and so much fun ! Was a fun Saturday afternoon 😆

  Me and my family were being seated and the hostess offered us a tall table with high chairs. I then requested a shorter table because I have two small boys and it would be uncomfortable for them. She then says rudely "Well they're not that short." and begrudgingly puts two tables together. I wouldn't recommend this place the customer service is abysmal and not worth the prices.

  Today we celebrated my son's 10th birthday at Main Event, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by our party host, Tara, and she was nothing short of incredible. My son has autism, and birthday parties at busy, high-energy places can sometimes be overwhelming. Tara immediately made us feel comfortable and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed to help set my son up for success. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. She made us feel like our family truly mattered. We had children ranging in age from 4 to 14, and every single one of them had an amazing time. Throughout the party, the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, but Tara went above and beyond in every possible way. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked in on us often, and made sure my son felt celebrated every step of the way. Because of her, what could have been a stressful day became one of the happiest memories for our family. Watching my little boy smile and enjoy his special day without worry meant more than words can express, and Tara played such a huge part in making that happen. I wholeheartedly recommend Main Event for a family outing, a fun night with friends, or especially a birthday party. If you're lucky enough to have Tara as your host, you're in the absolute best hands. She is an incredible person who genuinely cares about the families she serves, and she made our son's birthday one we'll never forget. Thank you, Tara, for making his day so incredibly special.

  Absolutely loved this place! My nephew had a bday party here today and it was amazing. First of all the party host, Tara, was literally the best. Ive been to a ton of parties at many different places across Long Island and Tara seriously was way above par. She gave great input on how to make the party flow well, and get the most out of our time here. She was very friendly and attentive. And there was not one thing we had to ask for because she was top notch and on top of it all. The amount of find these kids had at this party definitely exceeded our expectations. They started with bowling which was easy as Tara also helped us get the game started. Then they ate. Then off to later tag which they all returned from with huge smiles and stories. Then we ate cake. And finally they had 30 minute unlimited game cards. The value for the fun was really great. And all the staff here were so helpful. Even when purchasing game cards, someone ran over to make sure we understood the pricing. There wasn't one game we tried to play that didnt work. I highly recommend this place not only for birthday parties but for a fun time out with family and/or friends.
