Restored our100 year old baby grand. Took great care of us and kept it stored during our home's renovation. The nicest people you could ever work with. Oh and a great job.

I had a wonderful experience at Frank & Camille's Piano Store. We purchased a black certified upright piano, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Chris was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, he made sure we felt confident in our decision without any pressure. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. We absolutely love our piano, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality instruments and excellent customer service!

We bought our piano for Dream Recording Studios from Frank & Camille's 12 years ago and have had nothing but glowing reviews from every musician who has ever played it. I recently spoke to Camille to share some of the praise we've received over the years and it was obvious how much she truly cared that one of her pianos found the right home. Couldn't recommend enough.

I had a great experience at Frank and Camille’s = a huge store with so many instruments to try. They patiently allowed me to try almost every one, and then again when I brought my teacher to look at my top picks. They listened to me and highlighted pianos in my price and size range. The funny part is that after three trips and so much study, I bought the Baldwin baby grand Camille recommended when I walked in! No high pressure sales - but in the end, playing everything - Camille’s advice was proven out. To anyone serious about studying piano, I share the advice my teacher gave me = don’t rush = try lots of instruments. The buying journey sharpened my ear and helped me learn what tone and touch I like.

I cannot say enough good things about Frank & Camille's Piano Superstore. This year we hosted a sweet sixteen party for our daughter at the Crest Hollow Country Club and our daughter wanted to play a few songs on the piano for her guests. This was exciting as our daughter is quite a musician however not many people know as she keeps this primarily to family and close friends. We came to realize the venue did not have a piano on premise. We first thought of a keyboard, however with such a special occasion we wanted to do more, so we decided to surprise her with having a baby grand piano brought in for the party. While this seems to be a simple plan, there are many components to having this happen. I called Frank & Camille's and spoke to Eric. He explained the process (which includes pretty much taking the piano apart partially, delivering the instrument, re-assembly and on-site tuning), and it seemed as if it was not going to happen. Eric asked me to give him a few days to work on something, and after coming up with an idea, he and Camille figured it out and made it happen. They delivered a gorgeous white baby grand piano, which became a focal piece in the room however the guests were unaware our daughter would be playing. She walked up to this white piano in her beautiful black dress and played flawlessly. I will not go into details of the entire deal, however lets just say they put the happiness of a family and sixteen year old young lady over profit. These are good people (Camille, Eric, Chris and Kathy) and Eric is one of the nicest people you could meet. He took a genuine interest in making her day more special and memorable. If you are looking for a piano and you value service, then Frank & Camille's Piano Superstore is the place for you. Thank you for helping us make her special day that much better Tom M.
