  Saw Outlander in concert, the show was great! The vibe from the venue was not. My seats were automatically upgrade which was nice but upon arrival me and tons of other people were unable to be seated through Orchestra Door 5. The two men staffed in that section refused to tell us what was going on. So many people were waiting and they just said aggressively: "no you're not allowed to go", "you'll go when I tell you to". Without any explanation. It really shows how much they care about their audience. We asked a staff woman what was going on and she had no clue. We were able to get in at Door 6 but we were once again blocked in the middle aisle. This guy working was even more aggressive. Didn't care at all how anyone felt. Being stopped here also prevented many people who were already sitting's view too. These people were visibly frustrated (understandably) and everyone felt bad but the staff was doing nothing to make things work. So lots of people ended up missing the first two numbers. Turns out it was because a single bagpiper needed to walk down the aisle but that was after over 10 mins of waiting. They definitely could have sat people down already. Staff also had no idea how long intermission was. Food is super overpriced payed $60 for 2 drinks and a small popcorn. Bathrooms were good, clean, and lots of stalls. Please work on communication and respect with your staff. Rethink concession prices and sizes, there was barely any popcorn in the bucket. I would only come back here if it's for a good artist. Think twice before you make the trek!

  I won’t mention the performance because this review is for the venue. Comfort level =1: premium prices for uncomfortable seating. Wooden armrests, very cramped, no leg room even for a regular sized person, much less tall. Amenities = 2 Bathrooms were clean but lacking in paper. No water fountains. Concessions= 2 long lines that stopped moving causing us to be late from intermission. The cashier didn’t know any details about the availability of items, asked me to repeat my order multiple times and stopped for almost two minutes to take notes during checkout. 2 warm canned sodas, a paper drink cup filled with cold popcorn and a small m&m box was $39 Surrounding area= 1 dirty due to trash littered everywhere including front of theater, fast food options only Overall 1.5 stars don’t recommend

  This was an absolutely amazing theater a work of art. Also parking on street was not difficult I did arrive 1 hr before John Green’s talk
