  I was glad to see there was a lounge on the first floor for those who couldn't maneuver the stairs. Staff was very efficient and friendly.

  The venue itself is amazing & historic. The wait to get in was too long, mainly because of a lack of proper amount of people & equipment based on the really deep screening folks went through, including metal detectors, bag inspection, taking and locking away phones and manual notation of your row & seat. Arrived 15 min before showtime and the opening act was well into it by the time we reached our seats. Not a good experience, cause then it was so loud that sound was distorted.

  First time patronizing and had great seats for a fantasmegorical LIVE MUSIC EXPERIENCE with the Incomparable, Creative Songstress Jill Scott!!! 🎶 🎤 Loved the option to pre-order your drinks and vittles when buying your ticket. Smart. What I loved even more was Jilly from Philly's rules about being present for the concert. To insure this, she used Yonder (often used for Broadway shows) to lock our phones in. Very cool. No choice but to immerse in the show and your company. More artists should adopt this. Beautiful theatre, great ornate detail throughout and roomy seating. I'll be back!!
