We visited the park on 6/28/26, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Multiple rides were closed (was not explained to us prior) and several staff members were sitting on the ground using their cell phones outside of the ride they were operating. The overall atmosphere lacked enthusiasm, it was very rare to find a friendly employee. One of the young ride operators showed very little patience or understanding toward my child after explaining she was three and also, autistic. She was rude throughout the interaction. People deserve to be treated with kindness, respect and patience as you work in a CHILDREN'S park. I would not recommend this park based on the poor customer service and lack of professionalism we experienced.

Understaffed per usual and it’s a slow day. So we’re standing at a ride with no employee like all the other rides so i ask her to help Bc the ride she’s at is empty …. Of course no help she continues to stand at an empty ride w no line lol shezussss. I know they’re kids but come on that’s common sense and it’s a tradition I’ve had to get used to coming to this location (having staff follow us to each ride bc they’re always unattended) overpriced as well only worth the money on a wristband day if we’re being totally honest !!! Location in Londonville

I truly have nothing nice to say about this place. I have NEVER been to an establishment for children where the workers have been more RUDE, impatient & unkind to CHILDREN. My daughter’s school had a field trip set up for weeks in advance! When we arrived the place wasn't even open yet & not enough staff for all of the rides for the children to experience every ride. The overall experience was just unpleasant toward children, parents & staff from our school. There were maybe 2 workers here that were actually kind and patient to our students. These staff ranged from younger adults to older adults, not that age matters but you would expect people working in a place to offer fun for children would be a lot more pleasant. I would never take my children here on my personal time and certainly would not recommend this to any place with big groups of children for a field trip either. At the end of the trip we took our students to the bathroom before leaving and there was even a staff member complaining about how nasty the bathrooms were after the kids were using them. These students were in kindergarten and first grade & even if she felt that way it shouldn’t have been expressed in front of customers. The staff was unacceptable and made the day harder for everyone to enjoy with their attitudes. 👎🏽

I went today as a kindergarten school field trip. You would not have known that this was planned long ago we're not adequately prepared for the school to arrive they only had a few staff members to operate rides the staff was extremely rude to the children and was quite aggravated that we were there they yelled made it known they were frustrated the rides had inspection stickers but by the sounds and the looks of the rides you would not have known that they were inspected I was hoping this would be a good experience so I could take my child back throughout the summer but truth be told I will never return to this place again if you're going to operate a park design for children you could at least pretend that you like your job

The place was covered in bees and the food is way over priced for what it is.
