- TRTeresa RMay 23, 20261.0As a family, we were very excited to see the new Mandalorian movie in 3D at this theater. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned into a major disappointment. We spent over $100 on concessions, including drinks and snacks, only to find the 3D projection was way off and poorly aligned from the start. There was little to no effort to fix the 3D issue, and no apology was given for ruining the movie for us. While they offered future movie ticket passes, they provided zero compensation for the expensive food, drinks, or the very leaky Mando cup we purchased. To make matters worse, two of our recliner seats got completely stuck and would not recline properly. On top of that, my son specifically wanted the official Grogu popcorn bucket, but the concession employee had no knowledge of Star Wars and gave him the tin version instead. She simply shrugged it off with no attempt to correct it. Extremely disappointing visit overall. Poor 3D quality, uncomfortable seating, unhelpful staff, and no accountability for the problems made what should have been a fun family outing a frustrating waste of time and money.
