  It was incredibly frustrating to plan my whole day around a certain movie playing at a certain time only to get to the theater and be told that they changed the schedule willy nilly. We won’t be back 😒

  A week ago, I went to see other Mommy and when I arrived, there was a huge line. We waited for nearly 20 minutes, and since the movie was about to start—and we had already purchased our tickets online—we approached the security guard standing next to the only staff member working the counter. We asked if we could go through and showed him our tickets, but he said no. Meanwhile, we noticed that everyone else in line had simply walked past behind him without any screening at all. Not wanting to miss the movie, we grabbed the food and drinks we had also pre-ordered online. As my drinks were being filled, I realized that two security guards were right behind my boyfriend, following him. It was so rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable—after all, you go to the movies to have a good time, not to go through something like the damn TSA! I spent the entire movie feeling nervous because I hadn't expected to be treated that way. Honestly, why don't they hire more staff for the entrance instead of having security guards who harass the customers? Do better, Cinemark.

  I always come here to watch movies but I saw a rat on the ground roaming around. Probably munching on popcorn left on the ground.

  Movie was geeat5. But my seat was broken in the back position. Very uncomfortable for 20.00 a ticket for the better seats. Do better

  This saddens me to write about YOU, my experience tonight wasn't enjoyable :C, I booked tickets for the new Resident Evil movie @7:10pm tonight nd couldn't make it so I did call and ask ahead of time to see if I could have my tickets swapped for a later show time, I went to get my tickets printed by now 9:20pm-ish. I was assisted with one of their Managers Jaelen who wasn't very helpful to understand why I couldn't just swap my ticket even though I was very aware that I showed up late and was OK with a late swap. I will be calling to speak with a Higher up to reconcile this indifferent.
