  Estábamos viendo la película y unos niños estaban alado de nosotros gritando y hablando y se fueron aquejar y las muchachas que trabajan ay los sacaron y a nosotros también que por que estábamos alado de ellos y como lo íbamos con un adulto nos sacaron y luego yo le metí 20 dólares en la sona de juegos y me sacaron y no me dejaron gastármelos y luego me dijieron que me iban adar el dienero y luego dijieron que no y luego mi hermana pequeña dejó unos peluches y no al dejaron entrar por ellos y luego en las palomitas salió una bola de pelo

  We pulled to the theatre expect some explosive moment in thr Odyssey, what we left with was explosive fire alarm and evacuation. 5/5 will go again

  Move theater is nice Seats are great Lobby was disgusting food everywhere soda machines disgusting nothing wiped down or vacuumed and this was at 10pm showing

  MY NECK, is never going to be the same again. If YOU love neck pain, sweaty butts, and obscured vision. Cinemark Lane 16 may be right for you. NO LONGER will you need to purchase front row seats to get that kinked neck feeling. The combination of reclining seats and no headrest DESTROYS your neck in all the right ways. If you're someone who wants neck support, feel free to lay your head back on the seat and STARE at the ceiling. On the off chance you're one of those weirdos who wants neck support AND the ability to watch the movie you paid for, all you need to do is slide down until your head touches the chair. Now you can lay back, rest your head, and watch the expertly engineered SNACK TRAY while your movie plays behind it. To top it all of, you'll have the opportunity to experience the typical chill of a movie theater in addition to the feeling of a MOIST sweaty butt. HIDDEN FEES may include chiropractic care and/or anger management therapy. Hope this helps 🫀 Godspeed 🙏🏻

  we purchased tickets prior to our movie this evening for The Odyssey through a third party vendor (Fandango). After we arrived at the movie and after we purchased our consessions, we arrived at the movie theater just as it was beginning. There was a sign on the door on Theater One (1) stated that there had been an electrical issue with the sound system and that the full sound experience would be limited and a refund would be offered. My girlfriend and I - after a short discussions - decided not to see the movie. We returned to the front desk to recieve a refund. However the manager stated that since we purchased the movie through Fandango, I could only receive refund through the Fandango Website. After contacting fandango, the their website stated that we could not receive a refund due to the fact that the movie had already started. So you management team at ParkLane Theater sold a ticket online to a substandard theater for a substandard theater experience in full knowledge that the sound system was working to it s maximum potential. I also cannot get a refund through a third party seller and that i purchased $32 in concessions that i could not enjoy fully. I expect from you 2 movie certificates so that i may enjoy my movie with my girlfriend. I have no other recourse. I cannot get a refund through a thrid party vendor (fandango). I am a long time cusumer of your product and a member of your rewards club. I expect to be compensated. I am taking a copy of this lengthy email and will be posting this on Google website for reviews. You need to address this poor management issue from Park Lane Theaters for selling a ticket to movie theater in which they knew it was substandard sound systems. I expect a phone call/email from you very shortly.
