  Went for one margarita it was so delicious and made perfectly i had to have another one. The bartender had a awesome welcoming attitude. I felt like I was in the right place with the right bartenders. Sorry cant remember his name.

  ★★★★★ As a whiskey enthusiast, Vesper Bar ended up being one of the most pleasant surprises of our Las Vegas trip. At first glance, it’s a stylish cocktail bar with a great atmosphere, but what really blew me away was the whiskey program. The selection of Rare Character single barrels alone was better than what many dedicated whiskey bars offer. Finding multiple expressions available for side-by-side comparison was a treat, especially for someone who follows the brand closely. I ordered a Rare Character flight and had the chance to explore several different barrels. The standout for me was a bourbon-forward expression that delivered the rich caramel, dark fruit, and oak profile that Rare Character does so well. A couple of the finished whiskeys were more divisive—interesting on the nose but a little hot and less integrated on the palate than I expected. That’s part of the fun of single barrels, though, and I appreciated having the opportunity to try them side-by-side rather than committing to an entire bottle. The cocktail program was equally impressive. One drink featuring a Rare Character pick, sweet vermouth, amaro, and smoke was essentially a next-level Boulevardier and became one of my favorite cocktails of the trip. The only drawback is the pricing. Vegas being Vegas, pours and flights aren’t cheap, and whiskey enthusiasts should be prepared for premium pricing. That said, the quality and uniqueness of the selection helped justify the splurge. If you’re a bourbon or American whiskey fan staying at Cosmopolitan, Vesper is absolutely worth a visit. Come for the cocktails, stay for the bottle list, and don’t overlook the Rare Character offerings.
