  Nice little place to grab a coffee and pastry. Banana bread latte was excellent. Breakfast sandwich was just average. The staff was very friendly, and sitting outside on the patio is a lovely way to spend the morning.

  Very disappointing experience, especially for a pricey café/bar inside Four Seasons. They got our order wrong three times in a row. Each time, one or two items were missing, or were entered as a completely different menu item. The drinks were also not good. The coffee had a strange stale, muddy, almost metallic taste, like the water line or soda fountain system was affecting it. On top of that, they forgot one of our drinks entirely, so we had to go back later to ask for it. The only reason this is not a 1-star review is that the bakery items were actually tasty. For the price and location, the service and drink quality were far below our expectation. Starting the morning with this kind of experience was not extremely frustrating.

  I ordered a macchiato. I recieved a latte. When I questioned how a macchiato and latte were the same thing I was just told it is. Not only didn't I recieve what I wanted the drink also tasted awful. Total waste of money. I could have gotten a better coffee at Dunkin's.
