- HLHyunhee Rebecca Lee3 days ago2.0Very disappointing experience, especially for a pricey café/bar inside Four Seasons. They got our order wrong three times in a row. Each time, one or two items were missing, or were entered as a completely different menu item. The drinks were also not good. The coffee had a strange stale, muddy, almost metallic taste, like the water line or soda fountain system was affecting it. On top of that, they forgot one of our drinks entirely, so we had to go back later to ask for it. The only reason this is not a 1-star review is that the bakery items were actually tasty. For the price and location, the service and drink quality were far below our expectation. Starting the morning with this kind of experience was not extremely frustrating.

Not only didn't I recieve what I wanted the drink also tasted awful. Total waste of money. I could have gotten a better coffee at Dunkin's.

Their service was top notch and helpful, we needed a hot cup of water off hours multiple times and they were able to accommodate us, no fuss, I was quite thankful for that. Saw them also set up tables for upcoming reservations, didn't know they offered that.
