  This was such a cool thing to do ! We used Groupon to find a great deal for two at the Ice bar. The drinks were aoo good and they came in these ice cups. The best idea I have ever seen. The drink didn't get watered down. It was soo cold, however we lasted 45 mins

  Albert was so amazing we did the ice tour Saturday he was so good we came back and saw him today. Best service ever.

  The Ice Bar itself was a really cool experience—definitely something everyone should try at least once! The atmosphere was fun, unique, and being surrounded by ice made it memorable. Unfortunately, our experience with the bartender, ALBERT W/the upside down name tag , completely changed the vibe. The host told us to let the bartender know we were celebrating a 21st birthday, so we did. His response was simply, “So?” It made the whole moment awkward and took away from what should have been a special celebration. As locals, we were disappointed by the lack of customer service. We’d come back for the Ice Bar experience, but we definitely wouldn’t recommend being served by Albert the drink was not good at all

  We visited the Minus5 Ice Bar as a family and had a blast! Everything inside—from the walls and furniture to the drink cups—is made of ice, which made for a really unique experience. The kids loved exploring the ice sculptures and taking photos, and the parkas and gloves they provide kept everyone comfortable. It’s definitely a fun stop if you’re looking for something different to do in Las Vegas and a great way to cool off from the desert heat.

  Cool experience (pun intended). It was a unique opportunity to escape the 105 degree desert heat. The drinks were tasty. Staff was friendly. We were disappointed to learn you couldn’t bring the slushies sold at the ticket booth inside (we were told they were outside drinks only?). I definitely was anticipating it to be a little bigger (maybe the other locations are), but the music, ice sculptures, and seating were fun nonetheless. I would definitely recommend checking out deals on Groupon or else I would have considered this venue to be pretty pricey for what is included with general admission (parkas, gloves, and entrance only-no drinks). It would also be a nice perk to offer guests a place where they can store their purses, shopping bags, etc before they enter if at all possible.
