Cassandra was warm and bubbly when I came over and seems to really enjoy her job. She also jumped quickly into action when a guest fell, calling for help and checking on them. Would buy a wax hand from her again!

The whole experience was good, but Trey is what made the whole thing amazing. He was so welcoming, funny and extremely well-informed and knowledgeable. You could just tell that he knew what he was doing and was great at his job. He was so kind and cracking jokes that had me cracking up. Trey is an amazing employee and someone who I would genuinely want to be friends with if I were from the area. Great work Trey!

Outstanding craft. Figures look amazingly just like the celebrities. Pricing is okay. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Jumanji set option is a bit on the thumbs down personal rating. Gift shop has cool souvenirs. It's a to-do when in Vegas. Ticket purchasing is convenient.

This was such a fun visit. Not all the figures were as life-like as I was expecting but you get a sense of the evolution of the artistry of this work. I was here the day after Usher had been there to view his newly installed figure. So it was cool to know that he'd just been there especially since I missed his residency. His figure is EXTREMELY realistic. Whoever created this did a fantastic job! Kudos! A great way to do something in Vegas if you're not a gambler like me
