  Absolutely horrendous. Flew to Vegas to see a big artist that was performing here. The artist cancelled the show. The staff was aware and didn’t advise us. We sat in there waiting for the artist to come out. The staff started shrinking the pool area down. When we asked why they advised the artist wasn’t coming. We emailed and asked for a refund and stated that we flew out specifically for this show. They would not honor a refund. It’s bad business to do this, the event staff should tell patrons info prior to entry when they’re aware of an artist cancelling. We spent 2 hour in the club before finding out. Paying for $75 drinks. Yeah. Great place. Don’t go there.

  Mega Club in einmaliger Umgebung und mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Gerade nachts wenn die die beiden Hotels Encore und Wynn so hammer leuchten. Es ist ein Edel-Club, also sind auch die Getränke entsprechend teuer. Da muss man sich nicht darüber aufregen. Das ist halt so. Ich war zu Deadmau5 dort und es hat Spass gemacht. Gerne wieder.

  Very unfortunate experience. Came to Vegas for my father in laws birthday which we’ve had planned for months. We had been on the guest list and when we showed up we were told that on that day they decided to charge. When asked if it mattered that we booked a while ago they said prices are subject to change.

  Let me start by saying I have been coming to this club for years every time I come to Vegas, and it has always been great! Not this time…we made our way by 11am and when we got to the guest list line our group was told that this price changed to $80/person this morning. After talking to the manager at the beach club I have decided to take my business elsewhere moving forward. The staff was rude and dismissive.

  Very disappointed with my experience dealing with Dapper as a promoter for Encore Beach Club. The open bar promotion was not explained clearly or transparently. We were told we needed to bring women with us to qualify, which we did. What was never explained was that the women apparently needed to be included specifically on our reservation/guest list in order for us to receive the open bar wristbands. Had that requirement been communicated beforehand, we easily could have made sure everyone was listed correctly. When we got there and realized there was an issue, Dapper was not willing to help us resolve it or offer any real assistance. The whole situation could have been avoided with clear communication upfront. If you’re promoting an offer with specific requirements, those requirements should be explained before people make plans around it. I would not recommend working with this promoter based on our experience.
