OMG!!! We had so much fun here this was our first vacation in 10 years and we came to Encore on a Saturday to see Marshmello and it was the best experience ever! The bartenders were very kind and made the best drinks. We got there pretty early and I'm glad we did it was pretty calm and peaceful and not many people we got to be in the pool for awhile before everyone started showing up and then we hung out until Marshmello came out. Marshmello was amazing and he even called us out multiple times and really kept the energy high during his set and he even had his people come down and take pictures of us and he even signed our towel, this will forever be my favorite vacation!!!

What shocked me the most was the attitude of the security staff during the interaction.
When I tried to explain that my friends were already inside celebrating a birthday and that I was simply trying to join my own table reservation, I was immediately threatened with trespassing and told that I could be taken to jail if I continued insisting on speaking to someone or trying to enter.
Being threatened with arrest for attempting to join friends at a table that had already been booked is completely disproportionate and unacceptable customer treatment.
After reading other reviews, it appears that similar complaints regarding the attitude of the entrance staff and security have been raised by other guests as well. If that is truly the culture at the venue, management should take a serious look at the situation.
In my opinion, the experience at Encore Beach Club was completely inconsistent with the level of service and hospitality normally associated with the Encore and Wynn brands. It reflects poorly on what I consider to be one of the premier hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.
Policies can be enforced professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience at Encore Beach Club.
Our group had reserved a table to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I arrived only a few minutes after the rest of the group, yet I was denied entry without any reasonable explanation, despite my friends already being inside waiting for me.
What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the security staff and management at the entrance. They were rude, dismissive, and spoke to guests in a way that was completely inappropriate for a venue associated with the Encore and Wynn brands.
When I explained that I was a long-time guest of the hotel and a loyal customer, I was essentially told that Encore Beach Club operates separately and that they did not care about my relationship with the hotel or how I had been treated.
For context, I have been a guest of Encore and Wynn properties for nearly 20 years, I am a regular high-stakes player at the resort, and I am an established businessman—not a young partygoer causing trouble. I was simply trying to join my friends for a birthday celebration.
Everyone can enforce policies, but there is a respectful and professional way to treat customers. Unfortunately, that was completely absent here.
This was by far the worst entrance experience I have ever had at a beach club anywhere in the world. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend Encore Beach Club to anyone looking for hospitality, professionalism, or customer service.

Honestly, I really enjoyed the set up of the whole beach club. It was quite easy to enter, most of the staff was nice (they threw away my advil but I misread their website so that's on me), and I liked the music being played.
However, the very end of the experience fully killed the vibe for me. If you want to safely store your items, you have to pay $40 - $75 per day to rent a locker (as the club isn't liable if your items are lost or stolen", so I bought a locker. It worked quite well and held all my stuff. On your way out, they give you the option to end your locker rental. However, I paid $55 to rent the locker for the day, not 2 hours. I checked the machine and the lockers had no signage mentioning any requirement to close out my locker. There was nothing listed, so I thought, whatever, I'll leave locker rented and it will just auto-close out. When I was two steps past the exit guard, I turned back and asked him if we have to close out our lockers (just to be safe). Of course, he said we would be charged an overnight fee if we didn't (this was not mentioned on the machines or the website). So I asked if I could head back in just to close out my locker. He said that was not allowed as I had "already left." Somehow, being two steps past the gate was considered too far to allow a short re-entry.
I went back through the line the get back into the club (just to close out my locker). The lady at the front yelled at me for having no stamp (which washed off while I was swimming) and said I had to buy another ticket to re-enter the club. There is no way I was about to buy another ticket to close out a locker that I rented to stop a charge that wasn't even advertised. I tried the exit guard again who almost let me in until the lady yelled at me again about needing a new ticket. Luckily, one of my friends was still inside the club so I was able to have him close out my locker for me.
Truly, this was an unfortunate situation to end the day with, and I can confidently say that I will avoid this club in the future. The exit staff were extremely rude and seemed to be purposefully trying to make things difficult. If you do go here, you may have a fun time, but like anything Vegas, know that you will be taking a gamble on good service.

Really good place, I recommend it to everyone. This is already my second time coming here for Sullivan King. It is a really cool place because it is an open-air club, and at the same time there is a pool where you can have fun. It is a great spot, a lot of people come here, and overall I like everything.
But unfortunately, the security here works in a very strange way. There was a group of young guys who kept sitting at the tables inside the pool area and jumping into the pool when it was not allowed. The security guards did yell at them, of course, saying that they could not do that, but then they just smiled when the guys came up to them, as if they were VIP guests or something like that.
Honestly, I am completely in favor of people having fun and swimming in the pool during the show, but for some reason the pool gets blocked off and everyone is told they are not allowed to be in it. Yet these guys kept staying there and breaking the rules of the place.
The main security guy, the man with his hair tied in a bun, seemed like he was doing his job, but in reality he did not do anything besides giving verbal warnings to the guys, even though they were doing flips multiple times and creating dangerous situations, especially for themselves. By the fifth time, I was hoping they would finally be kicked out, but the security guard just kept smiling when the guys said, "come on, come on."
Like I said, I am not against it. I actually think people should be able to have fun in the pool. But please decide what your rule is: either let everyone have fun, or do not just smile at the people breaking the rules. Make an example and show everyone that this kind of behavior is not allowed.
