  Seats and trays are extremely sticky. You would think you would get a cleaner theater for the price you pay.

  The cinemark theaters at Suncoast are awesome. Very nice comfortable seats with tray tables. Great screens and sound systems. Excellent customer service from the employees. I've been there every day this week. I used to go to Regal, but Cinemark is my new home in Las Vegas.

  The CINEMARK Movie theatre here is so badly managed, disorganized and unprofessional. We ordered food for pick up days in advance and when we got there not only was it not available when it was supposed to be, they completely brushed us off when asking where our order was? Then the consession staff said “they were working on it right now” We even got a text 6 minutes after it supposed to be ready and still… no order shows up. So after 22 minutes past our delivery time we asked the manager to refund our money to which he apologized and found out that NOBODY AT CONCESSIONS HAD BEEN AWARE OF OUR ORDER AT ALL!! After we spoke to 3 of them individually. The Casino may have had a renovation but its the movie theatre staff that needs to be gutted. Spend your money somewhere else

  I gave this location a two star everything else was good, because in a new release movie you would think that they would have the ac on the lowest being that the theater was full with all the body heat in the theater it was so hot in that theater all the reason why people bring their blankets just to cuddle up in the movie theater and enjoy a movie in the ac please keep the ac running because it’s summer and people deal with the heat outside.
