  Theater is clean staff very nice. I gave only a good rating because their snacks prices are outrageous 1 small coke, 1 large icee, 2 bags of Doritos price $25.34 the 2 bags of Doritos was $10.44 You can go to fast food and get a meal..

  I usually love coming to Cinemark at Santa Fe Station and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this visit felt a little different. None of the employees seemed happy to be there, and overall, the staff looked a little unkempt and uninterested in helping. I completely understand that everyone has bad days and that this may not be the highest-paying job, but I still feel like there should be some level of pride and professionalism when coming to work. This was honestly the first time I’ve visited and felt like I was somehow bothering the staff simply by being there or needing assistance, which was disappointing. That being said, everything else about our visit was great and I really don’t have any other complaints. I enjoy this theater and will definitely continue coming back—I just hope the customer service experience is better next time.

  The seating has become so much nicer then I remember. There's so much room for your feet and rows are separated much nicer with the hight levels there created.

  This was my second time visiting this location, and I came back to watch The Odyssey. I ordered my tickets through the app and noticed I could also order my popcorn and drink to be delivered to my seat, so I decided to give it a try. The movie was scheduled to start at 9:05, and when I got to my seat, there was already a paper bag waiting for me. At first, I thought that was convenient, but once the movie started, I realized the popcorn was cold. It was kettle corn, and it had been sitting so long that it was stuck together in one big clump. I actually had to break it apart because it was so hard. The soda was just as disappointing. It had no ice, tasted watered down, and even though I paid for a drink that included free refills, I couldn’t get one because the concession stand was already closed and the employees were cleaning up. I definitely won’t be using the seat delivery option again. The other issue I have is the temperature in the theater. Why does it have to be so cold? I understand keeping the theater cool, but this was beyond comfortable. It was freezing, and I couldn’t fully enjoy the movie because I spent most of the time trying to stay warm.
