  I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience with the management team. The Assistant Manager, Alyssa, demonstrated a lack of professionalism and an ineffective approach when interacting with both customers and children. Customer service requires patience, respect, and the ability to communicate appropriately, especially when addressing concerns involving families. There were several moments where her tone and approach came across as dismissive and confrontational rather than helpful. Additional training in customer relations, conflict resolution, and effective communication skills would be beneficial. I would also like to address concerns regarding the General Manager, Raul. When a customer raises a concern, it is important to listen fully and gather all relevant information before making assumptions or dismissing the complaint. During my interaction, I felt that my concerns were not genuinely heard or considered. Strong leadership requires active listening, impartiality, and a willingness to investigate issues before reaching conclusions. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for growth and improvement. Professional communication, respectful customer interactions, and active listening are essential for creating a positive environment for both customers and staff.

  This theater has super comfy seats and great food. I love the motion seats. Some auditorium are a bit hot though so be warned but other than that really like this theater.

  An amazingly cold theatre! (they have blankets on sale and the D-Box seats are heated) The theatres don't have noise bleed and all the seats are power recline. I didn't get any drinks or popcorn myself but my friends with me say it is good, along with the pretzels. Wide stairs and handrails for those with mobility issues. Friendly staff and they do actually keep it clean.

  June 1st. At 8pm this theater was extremely dirty. No Lids or napkins. Trash all over the tables and the icee machine was full of hair and dust. It was so disgusting. If I could get a refund and leave I would've but my daughter really wanted to watch the movie. This theater can be dirty at times and thats understandable but today was just horrible.
