  Spent $40 roundtrip for a cab, bought $40 in food and candy and drinks in the adjoining food court and gift shop, just to find out we couldn’t bring our bags into the movie. We offered numerous amicable solutions, even offering to let them hold onto our bags while we watched the movie. No solution was accepted. They actually just suggested we hide our bags in the corner of the lobby and hope that no one found it. Ridiculous! So we wasted $80 for cabs and snacks for absolutely nothing. Movie theater may be great, but we’ll never know. Management needs to do better. If Cinemark wants to reach out, I’m here!

  Watched a movie recently, standard screen without any frills. Seats are amazingly comfy with plenty of space in-between the isles to recline and still people can pass. Both sound and screen were awesome! It was my first time here, but I'll definitely be going there again, maybe I'll try the movies with special sound or 3D

  Every time I come to this movie theater I'm always remembered why I stopped coming here!!!! And I go to the movies ALOT The seats are old rundown sometimes they don't work I don't know why they haven't put new ones in here. This place has been here forever. lol And they charge for absolutely everything. It's like a dollar for jalapeños. That's not a lot, but I normally go to the galaxy theaters and they never charged me for jalapeños for my popcorn. Also, the jalapeños come in little bags smh About six dollars for there small soda is absolutely ridiculous !!!! it's literally half the size of what you get at Other movie theater lmfao The reason why I gave it two stars is because the stats it was friendly!!!!

  Just returned home from watching Toy Story 5! The movie was excellent. Loved it. My refreshments were amazing. The theater was dry clean and every employee was very kind, and helpful. THE THEATER WAS WAY TOO COLD! It’s one day before the official first day of summer. I am postmenopausal, I can’t stand the heat in Las Vegas, but never, ever in my wildest dreams would I have imagined needing a lap blanket to see a movie. It takes a lot for me to say I’m chilly, so when I can say that I had the shivers and couldn’t get comfortable inside of a theater to watch a movie…that speaks volumes. Do better. Don’t roast your customers, but by all means do require us to wear a sweater and bring a blanket. Just don’t. 🥶🤬

  Went here with friends and my girlfriend. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name at the front taller white guy white hair was extremely rude in his responses, we were early so of course I wanted to get my snacks and drinks picked out before the movie, instead of asking he just scanned me in and said I couldn’t go in because the movie doesn’t start yet, which is fine I understand it needs cleaned I’m not asking to wait in the theater directly just wanted to get my stuff ready since I didn’t know the selection so I walked in a bit further as he continues to say we cannot go into the theater directly which I already told him I wasn’t going in there directly just to pick out my food and drinks, me and my girlfriend enter to pick out our snacks and he walks towards the front register which someone just checked out before us and tells her she needs to go to the further one by the theater check in, maybe an honest mistake on his part maybe he was doing something else but afterwards the other staff instantly checks out other people at the counter, just the way everything came across felt very hostile and rude and especially since we are celebrating my girlfriends birthday. I don’t expect 5 star quality but this makes me not wanna come back again just little things that were annoying nothing too crazy.
