  This place is a joke. You purchase tickets at a kiosk at the front entrance when you come in for a ridiculous amount of money and there is absolutely no direction of how things work. We spent a couple hours figuring it out. Then ran out of time for the John Wick Experience, The a guy at the information booth.....that no one pointed us to when we asked at Omega Mart multiple times how thing work for the first 2 hours, Come to find out they dont know because they are a completely separate entity, he tells us we can come back tomorrow to do John Wick....because we have a expensive 2 day pass. We say great! Come back the next day....Tuesday......and its closed on Tuesdays!! Thats awesome! The whole reason we originally decided to visit Area 15 was for the John Wick Experience. We talked to management to see if we could get a partial refund and all she did was make excuses and suggestions for next time. Service was horrible and rude! The worst part is there's NO direction on how to best Navigate your experience there. Won't be back!!

  I tried to purchase tickets with their Afterpay feature and it said my order timed out twice which indicated to me the order did not go through. I finally used a credit card and it worked. Then I looked at my email and it showed the Afterpay purchase went through. So I ended up with 3 sets of tickets that I could not use. I have emailed them with no response and filed a dispute with Afterpay and they are fighting this. I guess if you design your website to make people believe that the purchase did not go through, you can sell triple the tickets. Then if it is questioned, you say no refund. Great way to run a business to make it extra profitable. Very disappointed in the customer service. Will never return and I am in Vegas several times a year. Shame on Area 15. Just an update: I followed through and reached out to them through email. The same one I already tried. Let’s see if they respond this time?

  On 9-23-2026, my wife, our 2 children (ages 4 and 2), and I visited AREA 15 around 2:30 PM. We spent several hours and $200 on items for our children. Around 4pm, my pregnant wife sat near the Road Warrior-style vehicle display while our children played with the floor light beams. They briefly ran toward the display and returned. I actively supervised them; they were about 10 feet away, and no one was around or obstructed. A male AREA 15 security employee, later understood to be named John, approached my wife, got close, and aggressively said, "We can't have kids running back and forth here." I waited until my wife gathered the children before speaking with him. When I questioned his manner and asked for a manager, he repeatedly said, "It's in the policy," without acknowledging how he addressed my wife or apologizing. About 5 minutes later, supervisors Ashley & James addressed my concerns. Ashley explained AREA 15's safety concerns regarding children in busy areas. I understood the policy but explained our circumstances were different. Ashley said she had observed my children & believed our behavior was appropriate and compliant. She apologized to my wife and me for how it was handled. I appreciate Ashley for addressing my concerns professionally. My concern is the employee's aggressive approach and lack of professionalism. I support AREA 15's safety policies, but they should be enforced respectfully. I hope management reviews this incident & reinforces professional w/ families.

  Heard of an attraction here that got two very different reviews. One of which said it would be crazy to experience on shrooms, and the other said they didn't like it and couldn't describe why. ​Call me a glutton for punishment but I had to see for myself, and why it received such differing views. That place just so happened to be Meow Wolf's Mega Mart experience. ​Area 15 as a whole is like an out of this world experience, that really is hard to accurately describe. ​We started with the John Wick experience which was awesome, and is right next door to the Zombie VR place. The 2nd main attraction we experienced was the Mega Mart spot is a whole trip in itself for all ages. ​Mega Mart is a whole experience of crazy sites and sounds, that you have to see and feel to truly understand. I left not getting to see everything and still want to go back. ​Next time I'll have to also check out some of the other attractions that time didn't allot me to experience on my 1st visit.

  I’ve lived in Vegas for two years and somehow this was my first time at AREA15. I saw an ad for DARKFIELD and immediately knew I had to try it. My daughter joined me and we did all three experiences and FLIGHT was hands down my favorite. You’re sitting in what looks like an airplane, then everything goes completely dark. All you have are the headphones, the sounds around you, and the movement of the seats. Your mind does the rest and it was SO cool. SÉANCE was just okay for me. PLACEBO apparently didn’t do much for me either because I’m not gonna lie…I think I fell asleep for a minute (LOL). Meanwhile, my daughter came out raving about PLACEBO and talking about how much it freaked her out. So clearly everybody is going to have their own favorite and experience these completely differently. Overall, I had a really good time and I’m glad we did all three. It’s crazy how much your mind fills in when you’re sitting in complete darkness with nothing but sound. I definitely want to go back again, especially if they bring in different experiences.
