  The staff here can be like really rude, Recently my mom and I came to watch the return of the Fast and Furious, we were selecting snacks but a employee told us to hurry up, like straight up yelled at us, then another employee proceeded to be rude when we tried asking where are we supposed to go to sit, We were told "Find it yourselves dummies", also the charge of a simple refill is ridiculous, don't come here unless you want a comfortable theater seat

  Always a good time with a comfortable place to watch a movie. I wish they would put their movie listing back up on the inside, so we could find the location (theatre #) on our own.

  The management here was awesome. My son left his favorite stuffed animal in the theater, and we didn't notice until we got home. We called and asked them to keep an eye out. They called as soon as the next showing ended and held it safely for us to pick up the next day. We're so grateful they took the time and care to return it to us.

  Please fix your carpet. We personally watched two different people fall this weekend and get hurt, and my son and I kept tripping repeatedly too. It is very dangerous.

  Just remembered why I stopped coming here, very sarcastic staff at concession booths, offer to help you but then everything you ask for they don’t have or you have to walk across to another place to get it, basically just back and forth to get snacks, popcorn was cold, pretzels tasted like they were old and way too much salt, cheese was warm and able to be grabbed when you pay. There is only one line to get any snacks and if your theater is on the other side you have to put all your snacks down, show one ticket person and then pick it all up walk around the theater to show another guy, just not very organized especially as a single mom trying to keep an eye on their kid through the disorganization. I will say the theater itself was clean and the guys who checked tickets were friendly but I Will not be coming back to this theater when so many other theaters in Albuquerque are better focused on customer service and accessibility. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down within the next year or so. Surprisingly enough I worked this as my first job in 2010 and man how things have changed for the worst. Very disappointing. Movie saw was Spider-Man brand new day at 9:15 am so not very busy for that to be an excuse
