  Alexa Rose is a talented and passionate instructor. Her enthusiasm and youthful attitude made the class fun and engaging! Her focus on safety and comfort level of her students was front and center. Aurora Borealis Studio is a wonderful way to explore multiple ways to work with glass. John Owen has focused on artistic excellence and creativity while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of students. This is evident in the attributes of his leadership and the talents of instructors like Alexa Rose whose skills and positive energy made the class experience wonderful!

  My mom had always said that trying glass blowing was a bucket list item. We had our class today and it was an absolute blast! The teachers were absolutely amazing- they really made things clear and fun, and gave us a lot of instruction and assistance. The other people in our class were also terrific- it was fun to watch them make their pieces, and we cheered for each other and gave each other a lot of encouragement. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience! Will definitely be back!!!

  It was one of the most fun and great learning experiences I have ever had. John made me feel so comfortable playing with hot glass and cannot wait to come back and do it again. He has a great sense of humor so we laughed the full two hours.
