- KMkris mFeb 15, 20181.0Very disappointed in my son's sports photo. There was a LARGE shadow on my son's arm (photographer error). I called them to let them know I was dissatisfied, their customer service was even more disappointing. They offered me the option of coming in to their studio for retakes (which would be an inconvenience) or returning the photos for a refund (which would leave me with nothing). Both options would be an inconvenience to me. Any business with any knowledge of good customer service would offer an immediate refund (the woman on the phone acknowledged the shadow). The photos themselves were $24, I am not concerned about the money, it's the principle. Apparently, having a satisfied customer is not worth that to them. I'm just going to forget about the money and display the poor photo that has their name printed on the bottom.
