- KKKENNYJun 30, 20261.0I'm a bit disappointed with the 10oz sirloin, roasted potatoes, and corn. I waited about forty minutes for this meal after a business flight, and I was really looking forward to it. The steak was lacking in flavor and sear, and was place top if the wet corn, which seemed to absorb into the steak, which was unexpected. I also thought the sides were supposed to be served separately. The roasted potatoes felt hard, like they had been microwaved, as they were dry and tough. This place used to serve great, top-tier steaks, and I hope they can get back to that standard.
