We went to see the 7:50pm showing of "You Can See Everything", and several times during suspenseful moments in the movie when the room got quiet we could hear loud music and thumping and yelling in the theater next to ours which completely ruined the atmosphere of the movie.

We went to Cinemark Bistro to watch “you can see everything” and ended up walking out less than 10 minutes in after spotting a cockroach crawling along the railing in front of our row, directly above other people sitting below us. It was absolutely disgusting and honestly concerning, especially considering this is a theater that serves food. We were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even stay to finish the movie. I understand that pests can occasionally find their way inside, but seeing a cockroach crawling around the seating area really makes me question the cleanliness of this theater. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not somewhere I’d feel comfortable returning.

Went with a group of friends to see the new Elizabeth Holmes documentary at 8:25pm. We walked into the theater after buying our tickets at the front, and immediately were stopped by an employee at the front. She asks for our ID’s to get into the film, a rated R movie, and asks if we’re all atleast 17. This is a group of 4 college students 18-20 years old. All of us have our IDs showing our age except one. We are now late for the showing of the movie. The employee refuses to let it pass despite us looking all over 17 and being over 17, and then lets a group of people in right behind us without asking for theirs. As if denying us wasn’t enough, she has an attitude on top of it. My friend, 20, takes his ID back from her a little too fast, prompting her to snap “Don’t snatch that from me next time” as if there will be a next time. We stand there, missing the movie, until my friend without her ID decides to drive 20 minutes back home to get into a movie we paid full price for. Upon asking if she can just let it slide, she refuses and glares at us, as if we were 4 teens sneaking into a rated R movie and staying up past our bedtime. She says that she “lets people pass too often”. Then, as if she couldn’t keep herself from rubbing in the policy she was enforcing, we overhear her say “Guess you’ll have to see another movie”. Is this the service people want to deal with when going to see a movie with friends? I would expect an ID if we were trying to purchase alcohol, but this is a documentary. It makes me regret spending me money on this theater, and an enjoyable night is twisted because an employee and the theaters policy deciding to police a group of college students visibly over the age of 18. Will not be coming back. Work on your customer service, we all work jobs and deal with bad days but the customer should never have to deal with your sour attitude, especially when we all comply with the policy.

The seats are comfy and the theater itself is nice, but do not order the self serve nachos!!! They taste awful and smell rancid. I went to get a refund for it and the cashier told me that most people have the same complaint. I threw them out and took a pic of the bag so I would remember to never get them again.
