  Generally, I like this theater and have been visiting for quite some time, but have only visited on the weekends. Not sure what the girl’s problem was that was working the ticket window today at 2:30pm. I asked her a simple question whether they did military discount and she said it didn’t matter whether they did or not because today was discount day. I did not know that “today was discount day” because I was just generally inquiring as to whether Cinemark does a military discount. She continued the transaction and did not disclose what the total was, took my card, handed the ticket to me, and slammed the window shut without another word said, even though I maintained my manners with please and thank you. I always keep a mindset that you never know what someone is going through but it gets old when you’re at work and supposed to uphold a certain expectation of customer service. She should really check her attitude.

  AVOID SEATS ON G6 & G7 on GATE #7 2nd time here. The First time seats where clean. This time seats where dirty ,broke , fake leather was ripped and recliner was making craking noise .couldn’t hear the movie at all. Due to the movie next door was so loud…

  I'm from New Jersey and my son wanted to see the movies. I chose this one because reviews of other locations seemed to have worn out peeling seats. I loved walking up to the theatere and seeing the old style ticket sales booth.( sorry I didn't get a pic). Unfortunately, the booths were not active so I had to go to the concession stand to get tickets. I guess it's there for nostalgia. The lobby is a bit... bland. I'm used to entering a theater lobby with lots of space, seeing movie posters, lights and such. This lobby felt a bit...dark...and small. But hey, I wasn't there for the lobby. I was early so I was able to order my tickets and snacks right away at the concession stand. The staff was pleasant. I would have liked a "still" menu. Being it was my 1st visit i didn't know what eats they offered. I had to wait for the screen to keep rotating to view the options. A bit annoying. But, everything turned out good. Seating.... awesome. Clean, plush and in good condition. Like new. Can't ask for more. Private...you can't even see people behind you while seated. Temperature was good. Not too cold..not warm. A good movie experience.

  This was my first experience at this theater. I decided to get tickets in person, but that was a little confusing, and I just ended up ordering them through the website while chatting with the ticket taker. She, however, was very nice when I was there on Monday night, August 24. The people working the concession stand were also great. The quality of the food and drink was decent. I like that you can refill your drink. My seat was a little worn out, but the overall place was relatively clean. It was fun to see Ghibli movies there and all the patrons were quite nice. It could just use a little freshening up. Will come back though!

  Watched Spiderman tonight and loved this theater!!! First time we've been here but we will definitely be back, it was worth the 30 minute drive. Massive lounge chair seats that go back and feet up with plenty of room for people to still walk by. They were clean and seemed brand new. Entire theater was clean. A lot of food choices, fries were amazing. Attached trays had cupholders for convenience. My only wish was that the tray could maybe snap in place when being used, but thats just being picky lol. Thanks for a great experience!!!
