  My daughters loves it here and wants to eventually do competitive dance. My son just started baby ballet and he loves it too.

  My daughter has been dancing here since she was 3. The teachers are amazing and positive. She has grown as a dancer and has been offered many classes to meet her interests and needs. I 100% recommend this studio for all of your dancing needs!

  We have been going to Dance Theatre of Jacksonville for 10 years. Our daughters absolutely love all of the teachers and staff. There are so many classes and opportunities at dance theater. Every teacher and staff member has been encouraging, motivating and kind. Our dancers have grown so much here and we look forward to being with dance theatre for many more years.

  i have danced at DTOJ for 12 years and i love it so much! DTOJ is not just a studio but is family! I have never had a time where i felt like i didn't belong here! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive! I love every single staff member and teacher! All of the staff members do their best to help make us better dancers but most importantly better people! I LOVE DTOJ🩷🩷

  As a 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 to 3 dancers who have grown their way through this studio and beginning our 13th year with this studio, I am beyond impressed with our time here. Dance Theatre of Jacksonville isn’t just a studio. It isn’t a place we go and drop off our kids to get them out of our hair. It is a sanctuary that has given my kids goals both long and short term, has pushed them to be their best self when they struggled, it has given them a place to escape when life sucked, it has given them friendships, it has given them time management skills, it has helped them grow into the people they are, and it's teachers have loved them in a way I never could have imagined. As a 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 who takes just a couple of the offered adult classes, I can say that I am beyond thankful for the fun times and ability to live out things I only got to dream of as a child. Whether you're a beginner or a person who danced once before you get to come in, not be judged, laugh, connect with other adults, and challenge yourself to do hard things. As a current 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒆𝒆 I can say that I appreciate the kindness, support, encouragement, and willingness to help others when something comes up that I receive there. I have always been given clear instructions and guidance as to what was expected of me and if I need something to let them know. They have been incredibly accommodating when I needed time off for one of my kids, an appointment, or a day off due to something needed for nursing school. All in all a great place to do it all: watch your kids thrive, dance yourself, and work. I will be sad when my time there comes to an end.
