A fun place for kids. You should add a small cafe inside the building.

Great place to bring your kids, especially toddlers. There is a variety of stations and play areas to satisfy their growing minds.

It was entertaining for my toddler but a lot of the exhibits have seen better days but it also does get a lot of traffic I would suggest pre-buying your tickets online

Great concept but the place was extremely disorganized and kinda dirty. I spent most of my time resetting up the market and the restaurant because none of the toys were around or in the correct spots for the kids to actually play in the dramatic play areas and instead just stocked up in messy piles. Nothing in the kitchen was around for them to actually make food and the market was a mess with all the food just lying in bins that looked like dumpsters of food. They really need more volunteers or employees to keep the spaces cleaned up or at least someone encouraging the adults who bring their kids there to be active parents to help keep the space fun for the children to actually play. When places are kept tidy and children see adults doing the right thing, putting things back and organizing they typically join in. It's such a great skill to help teach kids to organize and put things back where they belong, the market was color coded and everything- it has the opportunity to be such a fun game to help find where everything goes instead of allowing children to hoard items and then dump them wherever, kinda disappointed in the other parents just sitting around on their phones and pushing their kid to move along after they created a mess instead of helping set the stations up and interacting with their kids. I live in Greensboro and the vibe and spaces at our children's museum and the one in Winston are way different. Again great concept but not enough volunteers or staff members or caring adults going around and fixing the places up for the children.

Great for kids under 10! Lots to explore and do. Even when it’s crowded there’s plenty of things to explore. I highly recommend buying advance tickets. The line to get in can be long and moves kind of slow at times especially when they first open or if there’s a decent size group checking in. Again lots to do and fairly priced. Bring your own snacks or prepared to use a vending machine.
