We purchased season passes again this year to Wet n Wild in Greenboro and couldn't be more disappointed at all the changes that randomly are occurring. Depends on who you speak to is the answer you get regarding bringing water and snacks. One visit you can next you cant. They have removed picnic areas amd food storage. The cups you purchase you now have to pay for each refill. Carowinds Dont even do that and the cup is cheaper there. Hen we pirchased the passes the Bring a friend passes you could use any open day amd now one day it was tomorrow and then it will change and its only certain days. Then those days change. To now bring a friend passes costs..if something doesn't give the passes for us are not worth the hassle and we will go back to carowinds passes next season

The place itself is pretty nice, but I have a few complaints. We paid for a VIP pass for a family of three. On one occasion, the girl at the entrance didn't give us the VIP parking ticket. The next time we visited, the same employee told us we couldn't park in the VIP parking area because it was full. We ended up parking far away in the regular lot. However, as we walked through the VIP parking area, we saw several empty parking spaces where we could have parked our car. That's one of the benefits we're paying for. I don't know what her issue is with us, but it's frustrating to pay almost $500 for a VIP pass only to have an employee tell you that you can't use the benefits you've paid for. Another issue is that they keep closing the small children's pool without giving any explanation or letting guests know when it will reopen.

Park closed before I paid for my parking pass, told me I could purchase a ticket to get inside but couldn't do anything. My car was parked for 15 minutes and I was not given a rainy day pass for parking like they were offering for inside the park. If the employees communicated to the gate that they were closed it wouldn't be an issue but there was no heads up, no warning. Now I'm out $30 for a horrible experience and never made it inside. If this is how wet n wild runs and "treats" their customers. Shouldn't really be in business you know? The whole employee telling me "well I don't know when you got here so..." that ain't it. There's no resolution, no help. I don't live near here. This place over all a joke for the first time coming here. I'd appreciate my money back so could at least maybe get wet n wild elsewhere. It be wild but not wet here. If I could do a 1/4 a star I would. Be lucky Google blessed yall with the bare minimum. Now you guys want to tell new customers the park is closed 30 minutes after I made a complaint. No need to go to a comedy show when it’s already this park.

I've been a passholder for years and this year has drastically changed for the worse. They have changed their policies regarding food and drinks at the parks and it's made my annual pass much harder to use and way less enjoyable. I cannot have caffeine or sugar so I have zero soda options to use with the refillable cup. The 1st time I went to use the cup for my son mold was in the ice or soda, I didn't bother complaining but realized how ridiculous it is that they won't even let me bring in my own ice water when their options are clearly dirty in comparison. But at the same time I can't be in the sun all day at a water park without anything to drink. I had bought my parents season passes this year as well but my mom is vegetarian and she pretty much had no options other that snacks or kids food for a meal. I used to bring my own salad or fruit and still buy ice cream and food from the stands but to have to rely solely on their food that isn't what myself or most of my family can enjoy with our regular diets puts a real damper on our time there. I would not have bought the passes for myself and my entire family this year if I had known how strict or money hungry the company would become this year. The lines for food also have zero shade and are unbearable on hot summer days. Overall I just wish it could be how it was in previous years where I could pack a pool bag with some of my own food and beverages and spend the day enjoying the water park. We also have annual passes at Universal Studios and somehow they manage to allow food and beverages into the park.

I arrived at the park and immediately noticed that the outdoor tables I had seen in promotional videos were no longer there. This was my first time visiting, and I had high expectations based on the advertising and videos I had seen beforehand. Since it was our first visit, I brought a sandwich for my 20-month-old baby so he could have a healthier meal option during our outing. When I approached the entrance, a very rude employee stopped me and told me that inside food was not allowed. That part was completely fine—I understand that every place has its own rules, and I had no problem taking the food back to my car. The issue was not the policy itself, but the way this employee spoke to me. Among the items I was carrying was a baby bottle containing milk for my toddler. I asked whether that was prohibited as well, and she immediately said, “No.” I explained that it was milk for my baby—it was clearly a bottle of milk—and she paused for a moment before saying “No” again. I repeated, “It’s milk for my baby.” Her coworker seemed uncomfortable with the situation and appeared to disagree with how it was being handled, although she did not intervene. I explained once more, “It’s milk for my baby.” After another pause, the employee finally said, “Okay, but the other items cannot come in.” I returned to my car to put everything away and came back without any further issues. However, the lack of basic courtesy, common sense, and customer service from this employee had already negatively affected my experience. What should have been an enjoyable first visit was overshadowed by this interaction. I do want to mention that every other staff member I encountered was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The park itself is wonderful for children, and my family genuinely enjoyed it. I would recommend it to others because the facility is great. Unfortunately, because first impressions matter and because of the way I was treated at the entrance, I cannot give this place more than one star.
