We enjoy taking our grandkids to Celebration Station because it's not as crowed as other facilities. Good food & drinks, kids enjoy half of the games & big go carts. Grandpa is teaching the kids to shoot pool. Tables need to be recovered, all cue tips need replacing & lighting could be highly improved. That being said, it's quiet & hassle free. Not overly crowded. Please keep it that way. Employees are very nice & friendly. Clean restrooms. All around- an enjoyable place in the area. Thank you, Celebration Station.

Some of the workers act like they hate their job, especially the laser tag young lady that done our "briefing". She was rude and just rushed us through. The manager was nice and helpful. The kids overall had a good time. It is a little expensive but knowing the deals ahead of time helps.

I purchased the Beat The Heat passes (purchase before noon, good til close) for my family of four, $85 on 6-25-26. Unfortunately there were hundreds of day campers there when we arrived. Lines were long, kids were rude and not being managed by the daycare workers, and a lot of the equipment is broken down. We played one round of mini golf before I got frustrated and left. Before leaving I fished a dead chick out of one of the water features with a shovel they had left next to the mini golf course to save more kids from being traumatized. I left it next to a bush, I'm sure y'all will smell it soon. It's obvious they don't clean the course because of all the debris on the greens so it's no surprise this little guy was overlooked. We lost our ball a couple of times in the underground tubes so we had to go back to the building up get more.
We returned after dinner and the experience was a lot better. No lines so we were able to do more activities. The pool tables are in terrible shape. Broken sticks and the felt is loose. The tires on the go karts are literally falling apart so debris is flying up in your face; I'm thankful I wear glasses because one chunk hit my lense so hard it scratched them. The family kart I drove was backfiring like crazy, unnerving. You will go airborne at the bridge in the single carts if you're going full speed. The mini golf course was so dirty it was difficult to play. Game prices are outrageous. I couldn't find any under $1.25 a play. The game card itself costs $3, I have never paid more than $1 elsewhere. Some of the games are upstairs. I may have overlooked it but I did not see an elevator and the only bathroom is downstairs. The laster tag is actually really fun and I like the 2 story course.
They are wildly understaffed and charge exuberant prices. They need to invest back into the business and do some overdo maintenance. Instead they were installing a mini drop zone ride. Perfect what you have first then upgrade. I doubt I will return to this location .

The put put course had dirty water in several of the holes and there was standing water in several others .The water where the boats are was very dirty. We have been waiting about 20 minutes to get a refund. Hopefully they will refund us soon. I definitely do not recommend this place anymore. At one time it was very nice, but it is very rundown.

I would NEVER hold a birthday or any celebration her at generators NC Celebration station. They have the worst bathrooms ever. It smelled horrible, trash was over flowing and water and toilet paper on the floor. Wheel chair accessible bathroom is not accessible. Wheel chair do not fit is stall. There was only 5 employees to run front register, prize counter, arcade,Lazer tag, go karts, kids karts, bumper boats, mini golf and batting range. The attraction that was always manned was the go karts. They only let about reg karts and 2 double karts go at a time. All other attractions you had to wait till someone happened to see you in line and come help. Very poor business practice. The staff that I met were very nice but again over worked trying to tend to all the attractions. The prices are way to high for what they offer. Put some of that money in hiring more staff and it may be slightly better. $5 for a drink is rediculous. And they fill it mostly with ice. This is my first time here bringing my neice, nephew and son and they did was 1 thing of Lazer tag, 1bumper boat ride and alot of go kart rides. So not worth the money I pd. Dont waste your money on this plc.
