  Recently came here for a matinee. This theater has been upgraded since we last came here. If you are a senior you can get a discount on ticket price. There is ample free parking. The theater and bathrooms were clean . The chairs in the theater are cozy and recline and heat up. The concessions stand offers popcorn soft drinks and snacks alcoholic beverages are also available. It was a nice experience. It was not crowded at the time we went and there was no wait.

  Best popcorn of any modern day movie theatre! I feel like nowadays, it’s hard to find that good early -mid 2000s popcorn at any theatre, but they nailed it here! I went to see me, you & Tuscany & had a great time!

  I would be inclined to give this location more stars if the issue is fixed, but at a recent screening of “hokum”, for the entire movies runtime, every 30 seconds what sounded like the AC system would make an audibly deafening “whooshing sound” in theater 11 which completely took me out of what should have been a quieter horror experience.

  This is my go-to theatre in Charlotte mainly because they had the best nachos and queso. I don’t like the new ones and I miss the green peppers. My seat didn’t heat up #2 seats J2-J4 are broken after paying $60 ugh

  We come here all of the time to get a break and spend almost $200 on every visit. This time we came I. With no one at the concession stand we ordered almost $100 worth of food and he repeated our order. We get to the movie right on time with our food buzzer. It goes off five minutes into the movie, perfect right? We get the food and it’s only half of our order. My fiancé leaves to go get the rest just for them to tell us he forgot to put in…. You repeated back the order and gave us the price but I wasn’t rang in??? Instead of putting the order in, apologizing and comping the missing items that we clearly order, the manager was standing right there and giving another buzzer so the movie isn’t missed, instead you choose to argue and your best option to diffuse the situation is to offer $10 refund for one movie ticket. At this point we are 20-25 minutes in to the new Michael movie and I’m pissed. I’m a general manager myself so I figured it out for him. I had to wait while he took his time on a call in front of me and his staff. I told him we came to see this movie and have missed it due to his incompetence. I told him we would like to move to the 5:10 showing instead so that we could see it from the beginning. He begins talking about he already gave $10 refund but sure…. That right there is poor management. The fact that he saw he the opportunity and chose not to fix it, I had to figure out the solution (a job he is paid to do) and pay for his mistakes made me want to return everything and never come back. There are too many other movie theaters selling food to come back and deal with Henry the manager. I left the 5:10 movie while the opening credits were rolling to ask what Henry’s name was (didn’t know it at the time) to leave this review. I ran into Treyster and he informed me he was a manager and would love to help me bc he could tell something was wrong. I explained to him the situation and told him it would be our last time spending money here. He apologized for Henry’s behavior, ensured me that this is still the same theater I have loved bringing my family to for the past two years and bc the transaction was closed offered us 3 movie passes to come back. I wish all your managers where like him because Henry made my family feel inferior, overlooked and not appreciated for the money we spend here. This was a one star review was but Treyster turned this around. I hope some corrective action is given for Henry’s poor management skills, especially when in this day movie theaters are an incentive I choose to spend my money on instead of streaming.
