  I had SOOOOOOOO much fun!!! Rocky was extremely great at explaining everything and was nice enough to check in on us as we went through the challenges. Liam and Ben were also helpful with the detailed explanations on beating the bomb. Overall I had a great time🙏🏽.

  ROCKY WAS AMAZING. The personality and service was outstanding! Extremely helpful and funny as well as personable. Liam as was equally as amazing with the directions and making sure we were prepared to BEAT THE BOMB and Ben was also nice and helpful. I will be back in the future. It was a ton of fun

  We did not know what to expect! This was a fun an amazing experience. It was 5 of us total with 2 underage kids. They made it work. We spli between girls and guys. Rocky from the time we got in , to Stephen getting us through the games to Jack taking our orders for food and keeping it warm while we play.... definitely a must do and will come back !

  We recently hosted a 10th birthday party here, and I cannot say enough good things about this facility. It is absolutely amazing! The kids had an absolute blast exploring all the rooms and games—it kept a big group of 10-year-olds completely engaged and entertained the entire time. Beyond the venue itself, the food was incredible (which is rare for a party place!). But what really blew me away was the customer service. Anyone who has organized a kid's birthday knows there is always something you forget. For me, it was the cake platters and a knife! A massive shoutout to Jack and Jay for completely saving the day. They jumped in at the very last minute to help us out, making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible without any stress. And overall every staff member is making this experience as easy as possible for you - you can just enjoy your time and do not think about any problems. This place is truly the bomb. I would highly recommend it to anyone and will absolutely return for future events!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We almost didn’t make it — we had originally planned to come the night before but were too tired and pushed it to the next day. Honestly, that might’ve been fate, because while we were out shopping we ran into Ryan, and whatever he said, he sealed the deal. I hadn’t done any research at that point, but my wife had, and between her prep and Ryan’s passion for the place, we were sold. So glad we went. From the moment we walked in, the energy was right. Michael greeted us with a genuinely warm welcome that set the tone immediately. Naiome was a huge help throughout, and Payton and Denzel made the whole experience even better. Denzel — bro, you need to be doing stand-up comedy. Seriously. Hilarious. Beat the Boom in Charlotte is the real deal. The staff isn’t just doing a job — they’re actually invested in making sure you have a great time, and it shows. If you’re in the CLT area and looking for something fun to do, stop overthinking it and just go. You’ll have a blast. We’ll definitely be back!
