  The food is acualy really good and the screen quality is usually set just right... I always come here for premiers of my favorite upcoming films or to revisit the classics that may make their way back to the big screen...

  If I could leave no stars that would be my option because me and girlfriend waited all week for the only day that our movie was playing in any theater for 20 miles, and as soon as we walked in we were carded at the door by a rude manager and told we can't see our movie because we weren't old enough even though I exceeded the age limit and then when my girlfriend got her dad to come so we could watch the movie we were still denied access to the theater and she was extremely smart and disrespectful on our way out the door. I will go ahead and leave the name she gave here which was, Ace

  My boyfriend (17) and I (15) went to see the new Bleach movie after being longtime fans of the series. We purchased our tickets and snacks, spending around $70 total, only to be turned away because we did not have identification with us. I understand that the movie is rated R and that theaters have policies regarding age verification. Looking back, we should have checked the rating beforehand and brought IDs. My issue is not with the policy itself, but with how the situation was handled. The manager, Ace, was dismissive and came across as rude during the interaction. We were already disappointed after spending money and making the trip to the theater, and the lack of professionalism made the experience even worse. I have attended movies at this theater before without issues, which made this situation even more frustrating. After reading other recent reviews, I noticed that other customers have reported similar experiences. If the policy must be enforced, that’s understandable, but customers should still be treated respectfully and professionally. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future. We left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and disappointed after what should have been a fun night at the movies.

  My daughters went out of there way to make it to this movie after a long day of waiting and being excited for it, when they got there my 16 year old daughter was not allowed into the movie after she was there with my 2 21 year old daughter’s plenty old enough to be let into the theaters. the lady helping them went out of her way to be disrespectful and rude to them. We will not be returning
