Amusement Park
Big Air Asheville is a 40,000-sq-ft trampoline park and family entertainment center packed with fun! Enjoy wall-to-wall trampolines, climbing walls, a ninja warrior course, zipline, trapeze, parkour, dodgeball, slam ball, and full-court basketball. Kids six and under have their own exclusive area. - BTBeau Tickle6 days ago5.0I have been here 3 times, and tonight was the best of them! All have been great but a special thing happened I haven't had in any kids attraction. I was using the bathroom and ACTUALLY saw an employee cleaning the restrooms! She was genuinely happy to, and even asked all the people in the bathroom if we were all ok, and if there was anything she could do to make our experience better! JAMIE was her name, and big ups to her! Also, INDIGO I spoke to on the phone. She was upbeat, happy and super friendly. It's just nice to actually hear people enjoying their job and doing a GREAT JOB ON SAFETY MEASURES! Great job to all the employees and the manager guy with brunette longish hair, fixed the chair I was sitting in, he has always been a JOY! LOVE YALL, BEAU & MY SON, SILAS! ,,😉💖☺️🌌👑💎👑🤪😜COSMIC NIGHT ROCKS THE NONSLIP SOCKS!

The perfect amount of jump time, then they get you situated in a room and are so helpful with everything. I feel like the price is reasonable for what you get and I like that they have plenty of seating for parents. I have been quite a few times and it always seems clean and the staff is friendly.

Do parents have to pay to watch their kids jump?
Nope! You do NOT have to pay to watch your kids jump.
We have plenty of seating all around the park for observation, plus:
✔️ Comfortable viewing areas
✔️ Café with snacks, pizza, beer & wine
✔️ Free WiFi
✔️ TVs throughout the park
✔️ A great spot to relax while the kids burn that energy
We love having parents hang out and enjoy the space!
The only thing we ask:
Please do not walk on the trampoline mats or attraction areas with shoes on. This helps us keep the park clean and safe for everyone.
Come sit back, relax, and let them jump it out!
Do you have to wear special socks?
Yes! We do require Big Air branded grip socks for all jumpers.
These special socks help keep everyone safe by preventing slips and keeping our trampolines clean.
Here’s how it works:
✔️ Purchase a pair at the park
✔️ Bring your Big Air socks back from a previous visit and reuse them
✔️ Sock Swap Program: Bring socks from another trampoline park and trade them in for brand-new Big Air socks for just $1
We make it easy (and affordable!) to stay safe and ready to jump
Can we bring our own food? What about birthday cakes or cupcakes?
We do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the park.
We have a full café with pizza, snacks, drinks, and more available for purchase during your visit
Birthday cakes & cupcakes:
The only exception to our outside food policy is for guests who have booked an official birthday party package with us. Party guests are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes for their reserved party room time.
This exception is exclusive to birthday party customers. If a party package has not been purchased, outside cakes or cupcakes are not permitted.
We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain fairness, food safety standards, and a great experience for all guests!
