  We had a group of 5 kids that had a great time. They tried everything!! Two hours of fun and then exhaustion!!! Great for everyone!!!

  We recently hosted my son's birthday party at Big Air, and overall the kids had an amazing time. The facility was clean, the attractions kept everyone entertained, and it made for a fun birthday celebration. The only disappointing part of our experience was trying to accommodate a child in our party with a gluten allergy. Since they couldn't eat the pizza provided with the party package, I asked about ordering wings instead. I was charged $54 for a platter of wings, even though the regular menu lists an order of wings for around $10, and the platter appeared to be only about two orders. When I questioned the price, I was simply told it was the "party price." I didn't want the child to feel left out, so I went ahead with the purchase, but I left feeling like I was taken advantage of. I completely understand paying a premium for party services, but charging that much for a simple accommodation didn't seem reasonable. Aside from that experience, the party itself was a success, and the kids had a blast. I hope Big Air considers a fairer pricing policy for guests with dietary restrictions so future families don't run into the same issue.

  This place is absolutely fantastic!!! I am from Boston, Massachusetts, and have been to multiple jumping parks and I get grossed out by all of them. This place is so clean and you can tell that they maintain everything. There was never a moment where I thought to myself ew they need to clean. The staff are so friendly, especially the manager. Most jumping parks that I’ve been to have a small arcade area and a very small overpriced food and beverages. The prices to jump as well as the food are extremely reasonable and fair. The arcade was just the right amount of games without it being too overwhelming and a bonus was they all worked. I Think it is so considerate how they offer cups of water to the public. I have never seen that before and as a mother, I really appreciate that.I loved the mothers nursing room it was clean and had toys for the little ones to play with if the jumping area was either boring or too overwhelming. It really offered a quiet space to reset and attend to my baby. I highly highly recommend paying this place a visit; it is so worth it I had a great experience.

  The trampolines are great for the kids but the food is absolutely garbage and the company knows this and hasn't changed a thing about it in all this time pizza is horrible cheese feels fake it would be nice if they upgraded the food in correspondence to the price they charge for that food

  This is a great place for birthday party! There were kids here of all ages and you can have a small party or a really big party... Everything is included but they do have add-ons like party favors and extra food. The staff is very friendly and even help you set up the party but you only have 10 minutes!! As far as the park itself, I had to join in! This really is for kids of all ages! The only thing not included is the arcade games. Our party was 90 minutes and that was more than enough time!
