  We did the legendary party at Big Air. The host and staff were so awesome! Helping to set up, checking in, making sure we had everything we needed and clean up. I’m so happy we did our party there!!! Our son and his friends had the BEST time and we parents did too because of all the help!!! Also- I have never had so many kids excited about the chicken tenders they serve there- I mean kids were obsessed! Such a great party in the books! Thank you!!!!

  We recently hosted a Cosmic Party for my daughter’s birthday there. We had 10 teenage boys and girls, so this was a great option that kept them entertained and having fun for hours! First, I would recommend reading all of the information about what is/isn’t included so you know going into it what the expectations should be. They were very helpful at answering all of my questions before and after making my reservation. The check-in process can take time if your guests come staggered and they haven’t done the waiver in advance, so I would anticipate extra time getting yourself and guests checked in. Though we probably didn’t need it as teenagers don’t want to hang out in the party space for long, it was helpful having the party “room” the entire time. Then they could come in and out to get something to drink and eat as well as have a place to store their stuff. Please note that it isn’t a closed in room and more setup like a large cubicle (it was very spacious!), so if you’re looking for a closed room with a door this isn’t it. In my opinion, it was worth the additional cost to have the space the entire time and if I were to have my younger child’s party there I would do that again. The party host was very helpful and attentive to our group. The general manager also came by to make sure we had everything and that we were happy. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it. We will definitely have another party there!

  We were on an over night business trip to Asheville. We brought our 11 year old grandson and wanted to do something fun for him before we headed back to Atlanta. We purchased our ticket and THEN found out they were short staffed…our grandson wasn’t able to do anything he wanted to do because there wasn’t enough staff to supervise. Should have disclosed this information before we bought the ticket. No worries, though. Jacob to the rescue! This would’ve been a very different review if not for him. The other employees just shrugged and offered apologies. Jacob paused what he was doing (not busy at all) to provide amazing customer service. My grandson got to use the zip line, as did several of the young moms! Happy customers all around! Kudos to you Jacob!

  First time visit; We were invited to a birthday party at Big Air today. First impressions: clean, well run, great environment for kids and adults alike. We've been to other trampoline parks and after today, Big Air is the one we will return to. My daughter had an absolute blast!

  I recently attended a party at Big Air Asheville, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, fun, and stress-free. The facility itself is awesome—clean, energetic, and perfect for all ages to have a great time. What really made the day stand out, though, was Stevi. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that all of our guests were taken care of. Her energy, friendliness, and attention to detail made a huge difference. She kept things on track while still making it feel relaxed and enjoyable, and she was always there if we needed anything. Everyone at the party had a blast, and I’ve already had multiple people ask about booking their own events here. Huge thanks to Stevi and the whole team for making it such a memorable day—I highly recommend Big Air Asheville for any party or event!
