  Showed up to our 8:15 showing to find the cinemark app was down, spent 20 minutes past our start time battling staff after showing proof of purchase because I literally could not access my tickets due to server down and then had to dump my snack and drink i brought bc GOD FORBID i dont want to sell my liver to eat. Take it to malco or something.

  Nice, good clean theater, warm friendly atmosphere.The staff was helpful. The movie we saw Odyssey. Well, it wasn't what I was expected, but it was a good movie, very entertaining. We were the only couple in the entire theater on a thursday evening. Hope this helps.

  Movie was good but the theater was INSANELY hot the a.c. doesn't work and we were told that we could either get a refund or see it a different time but a different wasn't an option because it was limited running movie and we had already driven 45 minutes just to visit the theater

  The cinema was a very comfortable place to watch a movie. The reclining chairs were excellent—they reclined almost all the way back and were extremely comfortable. The picture quality was also very good, and the snack selection offered plenty of choices. Prices were a little high, but that’s fairly typical for a movie theater. The main area that could use improvement is the restrooms. They were quite small and lacked privacy, which took away somewhat from an otherwise very good experience. Overall, though, the comfortable seating and quality viewing experience made this a cinema I would gladly visit again.

  I watched Spider-Man: Brand New Day at the Cinemark in Pearl tonight. (Awesome movie btw) I walk in and was warmly greeted with a smile by Robert, who showed me where my 6:40 theater was. This new Photo Booth caught my eye! It’s absolutely beautiful.. might have to use it next time! I got some concessions and was met with Talbert… let me just say the absolute best experience I’ve had with customer service! I got myself a XL Refillable popcorn and a large refillable coke. 😀 Cleanliness- When I got to my theater I saw that the seats were spotless and up to my standards. The restroom was stocked and recently mopped as there was a wet floor sign.. I was super impressed with this movie theater and will definitely be back in the near future!!! 🎬🍿
