Older theater but has been updated with recliners, D-Box and Real 3D. Good concessions. My only draw back is that the D-Box seats don't recline at all. They're not even as comfortable as the old movie theater seats that didn't recline. So, to me, D-Box is not really worth the upcharge.

They get 5 stars for seats; however, making people who pay to see a movie starting at 4:10 watch 40 minutes of commercials and previews is too much punishment for me to stand again. And the sound was way too loud during commercials.
Sarah is the manager or assistant manager, and I must say she was an absolute delight. My family and I had a bit of a difficult time, and she came through for us and turned an awful day into one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Sarah, for making my mother's birthday.

We are, and have been for years, movie club members. We come to the movies so much, we are now platinum members. My wife called and asked if bringing a cup in was ok and was told yes, so every time we come, my wife brings her empty Stanley cup in and buys a drink, due in part to sensory issues and the fact that their ice melts very fast and waters the drink down. We also have our own popcorn buckets we bring from time to time. Today they came out and stopped us from bringing said cup in, knowing it was empty. This is not posted on the website. But, it was stated we could bring in large empty popcorn buckets. We are now cancelling our movie club membership and will be going to the Grand in d'Iberville from now on. This theater has been getting worse, but this is the last straw. And as if movie attendance isn't shrinking.

When I was purchasing tickets I was told that food would be available and we could order online and have it delivered to our section. When I tried to purchase food through their online portal it would not work every time I clicked on the menu it brought me back to select tickets that I had already purchased. So I go to the food court, after standing in a line 10 people long. The girl working the counter tells me that there is no food available because they have nobody to make it and the only thing they have is nachos and popcorn. She was very confused , seemed frustrated with me asking any questions and she didnt look well. I asked her if she was ok and she said not really that she was having a medical issue. She told me she was too hot and she didn't feel okay. I told her that she needed to go sit down or take off her hat and some of the layers of clothing she was wearing and cool off and she said she wasn't allowed to and couldn't, I found this alarming. Needless to say I ordered 1 lg popcorn 2 lg sodas and 5 nachos for my kids. Coming out to be about almost $70 😳 I had almost stopped at the Chinese buffet across the street before coming to the movie (and wished I had) but then I thought we would just eat at the theater and being told we could be served food when buying our tickets I thought nothing of it (big disappointment). Also the seats we selected the recliner I was using didn't work correctly it would only partially recline and then all the sudden it fully extended on its own making a loud popping noise disturbing the entire theater, then it would not retract after multiple attempts. Overall this was not the experience I was expecting but we made the best of it. I just can't help but feel like I paid Way too much for way too little (over $130).. So be prepared when you go there.. I'm sure this isn't everybody's experience but this was mine.. Make sure and verify whether they are serving food And definitely check your seats before the show starts.
