  Rude and ignorant theatre staff. I was turned away from my scheduled showing because the staff does not know their own policy. I was with my girlfriend who is 22 that had her ID present. I had left mine at home since we’ve never had an issue and have been told the actual policy (there must be someone 21+ present in the party with a valid ID). The staff turned me away stating “it only counted if it was my mom”. Seems like they make up arbitrary rules at a whim. It’s a shame because I was a very frequent customer that was about to hit platinum status. I will never visit this cinemark again. Ridiculous

  Best movie theater i ever been too, staff is friendly and informative. Clean, seating is very comfortable, as a club member the deals offered make the experience even more rewarding.

  My mother and I came yesterday to see Gone With The Wind, and from the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty! Charles was very kind and helped my disabled mother with the door, and we had a very nice conversation! Dalton was very fast with our concessions and was very kind as well! We will keep coming back!
