You can no longer have your phone turned on in this theater, not even during the previews. We went to this theater for years, almost weekly. We stopped going as much when our daughter got sick a year and a half ago. This was our first time back since her passing; we were going for our anniversary and hoping to make it a regular date night again. Before the show started, my wife went to turn down the screen brightness on her phone so it wouldn't be bright if she got a call—something we have done for years. She had already turned off the volume, and this was during the previews. A cocky worker came over with a clipboard and told my wife she couldn't be on her phone. She explained she was just lowering the brightness. He acted like he was going to write down our information and told her to turn the phone off completely. We refused; we have no issue with turning the volume off, but we will not turn off our phones. She walked out and told the worker to tell the person in front of us, who was actually using their phone, to turn off their phone. My husband then talked to the manager. I tossed my keys to my husband, walked out, and went for a walk. Eventually, the manager gave us tickets for a different day. Since we live about a half-hour away, we decided to just go back inside so we didn't waste the gas. When we returned, we were suddenly told we had to leave because we were banned for the day, and we were told we couldn't speak to the manager again. The manager said nothing to me about us not being allowed back that day.Now I am out of my money because there is no way I will ever go back there. I don't trust them not to call security or tell us to leave again. As we left, my wife did yell, "You're not allowed to have your phone on!" as she walked out the door because, yes, she was furious. The manager obviously agreed with the workers' actions and banned us that day, but didn't even have the decency to tell me directly. If you go to this movie theater, you can not have your phone on at all.

Calling this “IMAX” feels like misleading marketing. I sat in Row E expecting a truly immersive premium-format experience, and honestly the rear surround presence was extremely weak—almost nonexistent from that seat. For a theater advertising Dolby Atmos and IMAX-level presentation, that should not happen. The screen and presentation were fine, but this is not what most people think of as real IMAX. It feels like branding designed to justify premium ticket prices more than a genuine premium experience. If you’re going to charge people extra for IMAX and Atmos, the sound field should be exceptional from more than just a few “sweet spot” seats. Customers shouldn’t need insider knowledge to know they’re paying for a watered-down version of the real thing.

Pretty nice theater, concessions are too much money, but that's everywhere. Somewhat misleading ticket structure online, I bought a ticket to hail Mary project and it said Ronnie's IMAX on it. It so I thought I was buying a ticket to the IMAX theater, but when I got there it was not an IMAX theater, the ticket just had IMAX on it because Ronnie's has IMAX? Non-Imax theater tickets should not say IMAX on them. Movie was still good, seats were pretty cool. They were recliners
