  I've read through these reviews and I wanted to set something straight. In the film/modeling industry its HARD to get your foot in the door. I want to do a review that explains. Images helps those who have little to no experience get that foot in. Absolutely no one, and I mean no one can navigate this industry without some sort of help. All down from the RIGHT headshots, not your school photo. To knowing HOW to tape, how to audition, what clothing to wear etc. Images offers group classes which is actually a fantastic price. Private acting lessons would run triple the cost. With the group you get to connect with others in the journey making friends and getting to work together. They end up being people you will connect with sharing the ups and downs of a hard industry. My daughter has done ALL her classes but one and has LOVED every single one. She may be still working on skills but Images has time and time again reassured us that they believe in her and for her to not give up. Since starting she has gotten a dozen audition opportunities! While shes not booked yet that is NOT Images fault. But what they did do was gave her a dozen opportunities to try! Although we feel bad that we have not booked yet, we are confident that if our daughter keeps at it, she will have success with the fact that Images believes in her enough to stick it out with her through every step of the way. Most other agents would drop their talent, not Images. I have been able to reach out when I am worried about a submission and they have ALWAYS been very fast to respond. Sometimes its a quick "looks fine" or sometimes its more in depth depending on the need. Within a few months our industry knowledge of how has grown significantly. Now, are they a 100% perfect never make a mistake place? No. BUT Cindy is ALWAYS avaliable to speak with. She will take the time to listen, problem solve and overcome. She is VERY fair in how any situation is managed. You also can always speak with Pat the office manager who is absolutely the kindest hard working person. No modeling or film career is built quickly and we all know that stardom isnt easy with so many do and don't rules. But I can tell you that Images has it lined up so seamlessly that IF you READ your paperwork, check your emails and work hard, Images will be there through the bumpy ride. I dont understand the scam claims because we paid for classes, we got a list with names of the classes, we can log on to the portal and schedule what fits our timetable. We paid for headshots and got INCREDIBLE photos. Not once did we pay for something that wasn't provided. When we feel discouraged, they are just an email away and always reply and have helped keep our chins up that one day my daughter will get her time to shine. The claims of scams clearly did not read the information provided. Before we went to Images I read the reviews and I went in with a guarded caution. I wanted to wait a while to see if by chance ANY of the claims here were true. Im here to break the silence to say they arent. Even when a conflict is noted I saw zero credibility of these claims because when we had a conflict as stated Cindy took wonderful time to listen and come up with a solution. She even gave my daughter a reassuring hug. So I am here to set the record straight. These are real people who truly care to guide you to your dreams, no matter how long it takes.

  Total scam, they make you think they are interested. And bring you to a group interview and then make you think they are more interested. And convince you that you need a little bit of training to write them a $2000 check for classes. All of the classes are exactly the same. And then there is no individualization on anything. Just bulk emails sent out about the same toothpaste, commercial for a year . total scam. They run their business on collecting money for classes, but don't actually produce any real models.

  Somehow , this lady's polling down her bad reviews , but she's a thief. She owes me $900 and refuses to give it to me and tells me to reference paperwork.She never gave me. I gave her nine hundred dollars out of good faith and then hand to move and ask for a refund and was told no. She simply thinks did because I wrote her a check that it's her money even though no services were rendered. Do not do business with images modeling. If you notice a trend from their reviews, they don't get people jobs anyway.But the worst part is that she's a thief

  This place is so unprofessional they only want your money ..my son was in a huggies commercial we never saw the commercial they kept saying they will keep looking a year later still no commercial this place was a waste of time
