- PPPranaykumar Panku6 days ago1.0⭐ 1 Star Very bad experience. Most of the machines were not working properly, and the management was not helpful at all. Nothing was good about the experience, and we left feeling very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money.

How much does it cost to enter City Jump FEC? How do PowerCards and PowerPoints work?
There is no entry fee for City Jump FEC. Customers are required to purchase a PowerCard and load it with the desired amount of money. Games and attractions have varying costs. The PowerCard system allows for a "pay as you play" approach, where you can add funds as needed. PowerCards are reusable, and any remaining balance may be used on future visits. PowerPoints accumulated on the card do not expire. Please note that PowerCards are non-refundable, meaning the monetary value cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of a lost card, we can replace it if you provide the 8-digit number on the back, transferring any remaining balance at the time of inquiry.
I have a group of 50 or more. Are there packages available for my group?
City Jump FEC offers package options for large groups of 50 or more. Reservations are required for these group packages. To discuss available options and make a reservation, please contact our event coordinator at (314) 766-4747.
Can I bring in my own cake and/or ice cream if I am not reserving a birthday party package?
City Jump FEC does not permit outside food items such as cake, ice cream, or other refreshments in the common areas or any tabled sections of the facility. This policy extends to balloons, presents, and similar party items. The use of birthday party rooms is exclusively for customers who have purchased a birthday party package. If you're interested in hosting a birthday celebration at City Jump FEC, we recommend contacting us at least 72 hours in advance to reserve a date for your child's special occasion.
Can I bring outside food?
