  Make sure to pick the right night musically for you. The men bartenders/bussers <<< Made my drink incorrect, avoided me once I pointed out it was wrong & the busser cleared my drink without asking me if I was done … I was not. Stick to the women - they know that they’re doing. Service is slow at the bar/they mostly pay attention to the standing side on the entrance side & not the seated side with the chairs at the bar.

  Josie was an absolute joy, made my friend and I’s night - drinks can be expensive - i would hope that people recognize the hospitality makes up for it

  Went to Hernan Cattaneo World Cup pre game party and it was the worst experience I’ve had going out in a long time. I came with some girls and there were many guys sexually harassing them. Besides that, the sound was absolutely shit. This venue needs work.

  Horrible experience, was charged twice for a cover fee. Got shoved by the DJ, he put his hands on me and pushed me back twice. Have worked in nightlife my whole life, never have I had a man put hands on me that way. Went to the manager and owner to report the incident and let them know what happened- they didn’t do anything about it. Don’t recommend this place at all when you have an establishment where it’s ok for men to put their hands on a woman aggressively with no repercussions.

  Terrible experience during my most recent visit there and unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about this establishment any longer. Word of advice: Do NOT give them your credit card without receiving a paper/itemized receipt following your transaction. They are scammers and will take your money without rendering services requested. They fraudulently charged me for a bottle service I did not receive during a recent visit late May 2026. Instead of offering the bottle of champagne I’d requested, the server brought our table nothing but bad attitudes and extremely subpar service. She then requested we move from the section we’d been taken to (most other sections were already empty, so this was perplexing), told us specific shots I’d ordered (espresso martini shots) could not be made — even though the waitress conveniently delivered two espresso martinis to two of my guests shortly after 😒(which I was correctly charged for) but then ironically allowed us to stay in the section after I requested to speak to her service, bar or hospitality manager. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve experienced decent service here before, but this most recent experience was exceptionally bad — and I usually don’t write bad reviews for businesses, but the curt demeanor of the girl waiting on us, confusion at the door during this particular event, and subsequent fraudulent charges (which I’ve since corroborated that they’ve made a pattern and practice of doing) have put the nail in their coffin for me. I would like for them to correct the $395 charge I’ve since disputed, but in the absence of them doing so, I simply hope their business fails and fails fast. There’s simply no space or need in KC nightlife for fraudulent and dishonest business practices or operators.
