My mom brought me here while i was visiting and it was such a fun little surprise. The food was great! We had nachos on a sheet pan (and that gave us 15$ towards playing games!). We also got the pretzels and ordered a pizza. We laughed when we saw how big the portions were! We should have just shared one thing. We packed the rest up for later. The team was so kind and really made us feel welcome. Myron and his team really have done a great job. We were there during a storm and they were very accommodating. I’d definitely come back.
Great experience at WOW! today. Great indoor games and outdoor mini golf course. The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and thorough. I enjoyed my bbq bone-in chicken wings and the burger was delicious. Braydon was my server and he gave amazing service. This place has a great family atmosphere with lots of TVs showing sports, plenty of space and good A/C for these hot summers.

Visited WOW in Fenton for the first time with my wife and son on Friday during happy hour. We really enjoyed the games and atmosphere, but our visit was overshadowed by how management handled a simple misunderstanding.
Our waitress accidentally gave us the wrong information about which drinks were included in happy hour pricing. When the bill came out higher than expected, she tried to help. She brought over the manager, Shawn, who was surprisingly rude and dismissive. He told us we “should have known” the drinks weren’t discounted and then questioned the young waitress in front of us about how long she had worked there. He also said that if I didn’t pay the full amount, she would have to cover the difference herself.
I made it clear I would not let an 18–19 year old server pay for something that wasn’t her fault. The way he spoke to both us and his employee was unprofessional and unnecessary. Another staff member later apologized, which I appreciated. Shawn does NOT need to be working in a management position.
The venue itself is great, but management’s customer service and treatment of staff need serious improvement.
It’s a fun place. Lots of great activities. Very family friendly despite being a bar. But…. The service is absolutely terrible.
Tried to order a pizza while bowling and was told the pizza oven was being worked on and we couldn’t order pizza.
Meanwhile the private room has 4 or 5 pizzas on a buffet and a fresh one comes out less than two minutes after the waitress tells me this!?
When I ask her about it she says “well that’s a private party.”
Came here with a group of friends and had an absolute blast. The bowling was a lot of fun, although the seating situation was playing on hard mode. We had 6 people and the bench felt like it was designed by someone whose friend group tops out at 2. Honestly, even 4 adults would have been negotiating elbow treaties.
The mini golf was packed, which tells me they’re doing something right. It was fun, lively, and had a great atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good, and everyone in our group found something they liked.
Now, let’s talk about the drinks. The prices made me briefly consider refinancing my house, but they were good enough that I got over it pretty quickly. 😂
Overall, despite a few tight quarters and wallet-testing beverages, we had a great time and left with plenty of laughs. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a fun night out with friends. Just maybe bring a folding chair and a small loan for the bar tab. 🍻🎳⛳️
