We offer baseball & softball training to players of all skill levels and ages.

What age do you start baseball/softball training?

We start players at 4 years old and have an AWESOME beginner training class (weekly) that is specifically designed for 4 to 6 year olds.

What are individual lessons?

Individual lessons are one on one sessions with a certified instructor. Lessons are available 7 days a week and have a lot of flexibility on scheduling.

What skills do you work on in training?

hitting, pitching, throwing, fielding, & catching skills/training.

What amenities are available at 314 Training Academy?

We have a 20,000 sq ft facility with standard batting cages, turf field, weight room, and lounge area.

Can I rent a batting cage?

Yes, we have 8 batting cages available to be reserved by the general public in 30 minute time slots (up to 2 hours).

What do you specialize in?

Baseball & softball lessons, practice, small group training, birthday parties, office parties, and much more!

Do you have baseball/softball teams?

Yes we are home of the St Louis Redbirds which is a nationally known baseball program offering teams of all skill levels from 7 years old to 18 years old.

Do you have one day or week long camps?

We offering holiday camps, school days off camp, and summer camps throughout the year. 1,3 & 5 day camp options are available.

Do you offer concessions and bathrooms?

We have the CLEANEST bathrooms around and offer food & beverages at our concessions bar.

Training Classes

Small Group Training is our most popular service offered at 314 Training Academy. Classes are offered 7 days a week and 6 weeks in length.

One Focus

One Focus training class is dedicated to one aspect of baseball. Classes are available for hitting, pitching, or fielding. Sessions are 60 minutes per week.

Complete Game

$325.00

Complete Game training class is focused on multiple baseball skills. Classes are 60 minutes per week and will be a combination of hitting, fielding, and pitching.

PHF Class

$375.00

PHF Boot Camp is our most involved training class. Sessions are 90 minutes per week and focus on hitting, fielding, and pitching. 30 minutes per session.

Team Packages

Team rental package credits are 60 minutes in length ans can be used for any standard cage.

Memberships

314 Training Academy memberships are perfect for the player/family interested in using the facility on a regular basis. Memberships consist of unlimited use of the facility. Customers may reserve 30 minutes of standard cage time per day up to 7 days in advance using our online booking service. If cage space permits, you are more than welcome to use more than 30 minutes per day.

Ultimate Combo Camp

Campers will participate in a variety of different sport with a heavy focus on baseball related training. Daily sessions will involve station training along with different games and contests.

Pennant Chase Camp

Campers will participate in different baseball related training stations with a focus of team related drills. Players will be divided into teams based on age groups and participate in daily games with playoffs the final day.

PHF Training Camp

$149.99

Baseball specific training camp. Players will take part in pitching, hitting, & fielding drills. Along with the stations, players will compete in games on the HitTrax Simulator.

Afternoon Session

$175.00

Training class setting with 4:1 player to coach ratio. Focus will be on fielding, pitching, & hitting.
