We stopped in this evening to get all of the percussion equipment my 6th grade son needs as he gets ready to start his middle school band journey, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. They were extremely busy, but you would never know it from the level of service we received. The staff was friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They had everything we needed ready to go, walked us through the process, and had us completely taken care of and out the door in less than 20 minutes. As a parent, there’s something really reassuring about sending your kid into a new experience knowing you’ve got people like this helping you get started on the right foot. Meyer Music is truly a class-act operation. Efficient, professional, welcoming, and clearly very good at what they do. We’re incredibly thankful for the entire team and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

However it was never given to us and I had to purchase one on amazon. When I asked about billing, the other lady who came over told the young girl it would be marked as “non returned”. I asked what that meant for billing she said nothing. I looked at my receipt and it says a $12 balance. So no transparency or care for me since i’m returning an instrument. I have no reason to lie about a $12 piece. It’s the principle so I won’t be returning for future needs.
