  I was really disappointed with how a situation was handled during our visit. A child accidentally knocked another child over in the kids’ area, and the child’s mom told them to be careful. The child went back to their mom, and shortly afterward the situation escalated. The other mom came into the area screaming things like, “Don’t say shit to my kid, I swear to God,” while yelling, cussing, clapping her hands, and acting aggressively toward the other mom. Her own family members were having to hold her back. This was happening in an area full of young children and families. What bothered me most was that staff did not appear to intervene at any point. I understand that staff cannot control every disagreement between guests, but when an adult is screaming profanity, behaving aggressively, and having to be physically held back by family members in a children’s area, I would expect staff or management to step in and de-escalate the situation. We came here for the kids to have fun. Watching something escalate to that level while staff seemingly did nothing made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I really hope management takes situations like this seriously and reviews how staff should respond when a confrontation gets this heated, especially when it is happening around children.

  Staff was quiet and scarce, but over all faculty was clean and toys were in decent shape. The kids love coming here and running around in a big open space and get their gross motor on! Love the indoor play equipment and variety of bounce activities! The indoor clubhouse are neat and perfect for littles but the toys inside or activities are scarce and extremely worn, they have a large variety of kitchens for pretend cooking but that's about it could use a revamp. Good variety of snacks and drinks if you get hungry while playing and DipNDots, yum! They also have a small variety or easy arcade games and virtual educational room. Great place to hangout or have a birthday party for 1-12yr old.
