  I went with my friends to check the place out and was really hoping to like it. The service wasn’t amazing. We hung out waiting for a friend and just slowly ordered appetizers. The sever didn’t check on us after we got our food. We didn’t get pates OR napkins until we asked. Our drinks ran empty and we had to ask for water after looking around for several minutes. Still we stayed since we were meeting a friend. The games were fine, but the bowling wasn’t amazing. The lane felt as if it was warped and the ball continued to veer left even for my friend who bowls. We also were told we would receive service and didn’t get ANY service. The most that we were talked to by staff was if they could take our dishes from when we ordered while waiting for a lane. Overall terrible experience though. Probably won’t be back.

  We had a good time. Seems a little on the pricey side if you don’t use a bundle or deal they have going on. Liz I believe was our server she was great. Food was pretty good too. One thing was there was this gentleman that was standing by a wall for like 22 minutes doing what seemed to be drawing or coloring of sorts. Didn’t seem to care about anything around him until a woman and child came in and sat down then was glued to their table. Not complaining but it was odd to watch. Overall had a good time and will be back for laser tag.

  We went to Main Event last week, and we had had an absolute blast! The arcade was so much fun, and the food was really good. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Hayden in the restaurant, who was so sweet and attentive and really made sure we were well taken care of. Elyes at the laser tag was also wonderful—he was very patient and helpful with my son, which we truly appreciated. My husband’s favorite game was “Beat the Grid”! 🤣 It’s great to have a new, modern entertainment space with so many new games and activities. There’s something for everyone, and we really enjoyed our time there. Overall , we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. We’re already planning to celebrate my son’s birthday there! 🎉

  Overall had a pretty good experience. Went on a Monday - so did the unlimited activities and the unlimited games. A few notes: - this place is UNGODLY loud. Like, genuinely borderline unbearable - my ears were ringing like I was at a concert. I do not know what exactly was contributing to this. I was expecting it to be loud but this was another level. If you have sensory issues with sound, bring earplugs. - the laser tag was fun but really unorganized - they say ‘no loose items’ but then do not provide any guidance on where to put said loose items. I’ve been to other laser tag places that have cubbies you place stuff in, but they do not seem to have that here. Also, it was so loud that even though the worker was screaming instructions we could not hear them. I would like to include that i am 25, I am fine with loud, but man this was crazy. - bowling was fun but I despise that it’s the pins with the strings attached. It makes bowling so much less fun because it’s almost impossible to get a strike. Also like 2 lanes broke while we were there which seems wild for a brand new place. -if they had go karts or a zip line I think that would improve this a lot. There was also supposedly billiards but I genuinely couldn’t find the place to do that. All in all I had fun. I expected maybe some issues because the place is brand new but it’s unfortunate that a lot of the issues seem to be things they’d have to change a lot for rather than just settle in to a new establishment.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️ ⭐️ I stopped by Main Event late at night by myself, just looking to bowl a few games, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience! Brandon (I believe he’s the manager) went above and beyond by helping me get set up with a lane, giving me a tour of the brand-new facility, and showing me the awesome VIP room. He made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. I also tried the Cherry Lemonade Mocktail and the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll since I wanted something light before heading home, and both were delicious! It’s not often you receive this level of hospitality, especially that late at night. The staff was friendly, the facility is beautiful, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be bringing my friends and family back. If you’re thinking about checking out Main Event, do it—you won’t be disappointed!
