  My sister had her Jack and Jill party here and it was SO awesome! The service was wonderful, kind and incredibly helpful. Food was super good, i had the chicken strips and they were crispy and yummy! The bowling was excellent and the arcade games were super fun. I liked that there were a lot of game options, and many 2 player ones. Laser tag was really cool, although the arena is a little on the small side. The bathrooms were also very clean and there are drinking fountains nearby. I cant wait to go back!

  I came here to celebrate a birthday. There's so many activities under one roof. It's very spacious, plenty of bowling lanes available, and we were able to get a table for our party. Louis was our server. He was attentive, a great listener, our order was perfect with no mistakes, he had a very upbeat friendly attitude the entire time, and he didn't get frustrated when all of us were trying to ask for additional items we wanted to order. His service was impeccable! All of our food looked like the photos on the menu and it didn't take extremely long to get our drinks and food. I would definitely recommend this for a family day, a celebration, or a date night.

  I could give zero stars, or even negative stars, I would. I honestly don’t even know where to start because this was one of the most frustrating and disrespectful restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We came here tonight for a birthday celebration for my child. We ordered our food and waited. And waited. And waited. We ended up sitting there for over an hour — approximately 1 hour and 15–20 minutes — without receiving our food. What made this experience so upsetting was that not one person came to our table to tell us what was happening. Nobody checked on us. Nobody apologized. Nobody gave us an update. We were the ones who had to keep going up and ask. When we finally asked about our food, the person who took our order told us, “I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen.” He said he would go ask the kitchen. I completely understand that things can go wrong in a kitchen, but as a customer, hearing “I don’t know” after we’ve already been waiting for over an hour is incredibly frustrating. And what made it even worse was watching people who came in after us receive their food, eat, and leave while we were still sitting there waiting. We watched people arrive 30 minutes after us, receive food similar to what we had ordered, finish their meals, and leave — while nobody could even tell us what was happening with ours. Eventually, he asked if we wanted to speak with a manager. Of course we said yes. He told us he would call the manager. We waited again. Nobody came. No manager. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. At that point, we had been sitting there for over an hour, we still had no food, and we were completely exhausted and frustrated. We finally left without eating. What hurts the most is that this was supposed to be a happy birthday celebration for our child. We came there expecting to have a nice family dinner and celebrate together. Instead, we spent the evening sitting at a table watching other people eat and leave while we were completely ignored. I understand that restaurants get busy. I understand that kitchens can have problems. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication and accountability. If there was a problem with our order, someone should have come to our table and told us. If the kitchen couldn’t make our food, someone should have explained that. And if we were told a manager was coming, a manager should have actually come. We didn’t leave because we didn’t want to wait a little longer. We left because we had already waited more than an hour with no food, no answers, and no one taking responsibility. If Google allowed me to give zero stars — or negative stars — I honestly would. One star feels far too generous for this experience. Extremely disappointing, especially for what was supposed to be a special birthday night.

  On 09/26 my boyfriend and I, along with four friends arrived around 10:00 PM decided to bowl. While the initial atmosphere was pleasant, several issues arose with the service we received. Our server was not attentive to basic requests, such as refilling our waters, and we had to seek him out to place a second order. Despite the bowling alley becoming progressively less busy and our group being the last, the server was often seen leaning on the railing by the front counter or engaging in conversation with another staff member rather than attending to our needs. The most concerning part of our experience occurred when we were closing out our tab. After we paid, the server took a few steps then returned to our group and directly asked whether we would be leaving a tip, specifying if we would do so in cash or by card. While we had intended to leave a cash tip, his approach felt invasive and inappropriate. We told him we were leaving a cash tip. The server returned a second time, once again questioning us about the tip in a manner that made our entire group extremely uncomfortable and felt like he was not going to let us go if we did not tip him right then & there. This interaction was so unsettling that we ended our game 30 minutes early. Ultimately, we felt pressured to leave a tip simply to avoid a potential scene, despite feeling strongly that his behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. For reference, the server did not appear to be wearing a name badge, but he was a middle-aged man with short, gray spiky hair and an “LV” tattoo behind one ear. I have never encountered such conduct in any of my dining or entertainment experiences. While we understand the importance of tipping for good service, the manner in which this server pursued it was entirely inappropriate and detracted from our overall experience. I hope this kind of behavior will be addressed to ensure future guests do not encounter similar experiences.

  My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, and we had an absolute blast! There was so much variety in what you could do, and the food was great. Our server, Tory, was amazing, as was our hostess. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch our hostess’s name because it was very loud walking in from the arcade, but she was wonderful. She asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we told her it was our first wedding anniversary, she was so kind and congratulated us. She also let our server, Tory, know, and when he came over, he congratulated us as well. We thought this was so awesome because they easily could have just ignored it and gone about their work, but instead, they took the time to acknowledge us and made us feel really welcomed and special. Tory was also incredibly helpful with food recommendations and helped us choose the fish, which was very good! He was always attentive to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Even when we were leaving, our hostess saw us and immediately jumped up to congratulate us again. I regret not asking her name before we left because she was truly awesome! We were there on 9/27/26 between about 7:30–8:30 PM, so I hope this helps our hostess also get the recognition she deserves. Tory and our hostess both deserve all the recognition for making our anniversary celebration even more special! ❤️
