The Lynhall was a very welcoming comfortable space with rooms to choose from depending on your event size and ambiance. We were able to easily switch spaces once we toured the facility and finalized our event plans to a slightly larger space. All the associates we worked with were very accommodating and helped make our event memorable.

We were married at The Lynhall in August 2026, and while the space itself is beautiful, we unfortunately can't recommend it as a wedding venue. We booked in part because of what we were told was included with the rental — dinnerware, runners, votives, bud vases, cake stands, custom cocktails. Those inclusions factored into our decision both financially and logistically. By the time our wedding arrived, we learned we would need to rent dinnerware, napkins, and additional bud vases through our caterer and florist. The added cost was frustrating, but the bigger issue was losing confidence in the information we'd been given when we signed. Our contracted event time was 12:30–4:30 p.m., with the contract allowing one hour after the end time for breakdown. Our day-of coordinator had to begin striking before 4:00 p.m., and we and our guests were made to feel pushed out of the space well before the time we had paid for. We understand it's a working venue with back-to-back events, but on a once-in-a-lifetime day, that was hard to experience. The A/V system also did not work as promised. We had put real thought into our music and brought multiple backup adapters specifically to avoid problems, and the sound was still disrupted during our wedding party introductions and throughout the reception. Additionally, we were told we'd receive floor plans and planning support. Instead, we ended up drafting our own floor plan while guessing at dimensions from a single site visit — and then the room wasn't set to that plan on the day. Our coordinator and wedding party reset the room themselves. The promised matching chairs weren't provided either. Our guests didn't notice, but we did. There were genuine bright spots. The event manager we worked with when we booked was outstanding — welcoming, responsive, and calm, especially when we scaled our wedding down from a large wedding to a small one. The bar manager who took over after his departure was attentive on our wedding day and greeted us with our specialty cocktails when we arrived, which was a thoughtful touch (and his sangria was excellent). Both have since left The Lynhall. The bartending staff were also wonderful — professional, friendly, and making fantastic drinks all afternoon. But by the end of planning, we felt more like we were managing our own venue reservation than being supported by a venue team. We were constantly following up, clarifying, and anticipating problems during an already overwhelming stretch. There's a lot of potential here, and we hope this feedback is useful — but future couples should get very specific written confirmation of what's included with the quoted price and what the venue will actually charge you additionally for at the end of your event.

(Editing to add that I heard great things about the former venue coordinator, Nathaniel. Unfortunately he is no longer with the business and wasn't there the day of our event). First time as a day of wedding coordinator where I was brought to tears by the venue coordinator. Worst experience with that ever. Also, the ac doesn't work very well in the main area. Would not recommend getting married there in the heat. Lastly, the coordinator can tell you an end time but the owner might come and change it so you have to pack out and kick everybody out earlier than the original plan. Oh, and you want to play music on your own device? Sure hope the wifi doesn't crap out like it did for us. Thank goodness for cell phones and data as a backup plan. Super cute venue but not my first choice or recommendation. Especially when you give them a floor plan months in advance and then you show up and spend over 30 mins of your allotted decorating time resetting up the room. Not my favorite place to coordinate a reception.

Thanks so much for making our fundraiser a great event! The space was beautiful, the Lynhall staff was friendly and helpful throughout the planning and the event, I appreciate that so many items were included in the price, and everyone had a great time.

This was the perfect wedding reception! We had just under 60 guests, but I'm sure one could have more. From start to finish, Nathaniel was an absolute God-send for planning, executing, and adapting to our needs! We hardly even knew what we wanted, but he made our tentative wishes into a fun, flawless, and EASY reception party. The space is also much more open and gorgeous than some of the Google photos imply; I highly recommend checking it out in person!
