  The only good theater in the Ann Arbor area. Nice collection of regional and international movies. If you’re a regular, signing up to the club membership is a no brainier. Will save you a ton and the monthly ticket credit works for all premium and first day shows too.

  Enjoyed a movie, popcorn, and a beverage. Staff was friendly. Seat was comfortable. Atmosphere was nice.

  Always had a good experience here. Love the IMAX auditorium. Prices are high but expected for tickets and food.

  I went to see the Michael movie and purchased 2 tickets, 2 large Icees/slushies, and 1 large popcorn. In 2026, I would think that when customers purchase large sizes, they would at least have the option for a refill on the popcorn and drinks. Instead, I was rudely told by an employee that I could not get a refill — while the employee himself was refilling his own drink on break. Every other movie theater I’ve been to allows free refills on large popcorns and drinks, so I’m not too sure why this is not offered at Cinemark. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

  We had such a great time! The seats were really comfortable, everything was clean, and the viewing was perfect. It made the whole movie night feel cozy—definitely coming back!
