Watched the Mario Movie here in Late April when we stayed in Ann Arbor for vacation. Nice seating and trays at every chair only draw back was the family bathroom was completely destroyed, someone urinated all over in it. I did report it to a worker..terrible people do that...
Ticket checker needs to do a better job, I'd recommend restraining or replacing.
Apparently you're not allowed to go to the concessions at all unless you're for sure seeing a movie. They say movie theaters makes most their money off the concessions, apparently not! We stopped by to grab some drinks and maybe popcorn, we could have easily spent more than $30 but because we didn't buy a $6 Matinee ticket, we weren't allowed concessions. Very "smart" business model. Not! Go to Emagine, their concessions are available on Doordash, and they let you get food without needing a ticket. I miss when Cinemark was called Rave cinemas, management wouldn't have pulled this. I think this is the end of us going to this location, probably better off going to State Theater a couple miles in Ann Arbor. Good luck.

We showed up they didn’t have and 3d glasses at the check in we bought ahead so we could skip the line then where told he didn’t have anymore so I would have wait in the ticket line and get them there
We go and get out snack the pictures of the nachos we not what they were it literally just chips and cheese I paid 8$ for that when the picture had me with him on top of that, our movie was at 3:15. The movie Demon start and tell about 415 then when we got in there, the movie was super shaky. We had to leave to complain for them to fix it. Horrible experience bathrooms are absolutely disgusting literally a slip and slide

Popcorn dry, seats uncomfortable, and movie doesnt even start until 30 mins after listed time. It just seems poorly directed and cheap. These seats are probably from 30 years ago.
If you want to see a movie go somewhere good like Emagine theaters where everything is great. Great seats, food, and they actually care about your wellbeing and you dont feel threatened for your life.
I really love this place and have been coming here for almost 10 years! However there has been a significant issue with staff not interfering with guests who are not just talking during the movies but yelling over the movies and causing significant disruptions. Last night we went to see a horror movie at 10PM and there was a toddler in the theater. First jumpscare to come on screen the baby is crying. There is a policy that children under a certain age after 6PM aren't allowed in R rated movies at the Cinemark!! Please start enforcing this and turning people away who make the movie going experience bad! Tired of coming here and people are yelling, talking, and when you let a manager know nobody comes into the movie to say anything. I'd rather the movie stop, a warning be given, and if you continue then you got to go!!!
